Something I've noticed about Field Effects: A lot of them seem like they're going to be used very rarely. Best examples are the Chess field and the Circus field. Only a few fights in each, then never seen again
Unless half the world just randomly becomes a Chess board. ((but that really isn't the point of the fields. Are are to add some weirdness to boss battles at least the ones that are used less often. SO them not being plastered everywhere is a good thing otherwise they would probably get old.))
