Just got up to Chapter 14 in Awakening, but why did I unlock Paralouge 12 when the last one I did was 4?

The only S ranks I've gotten have been Chrom x Robin and Frederick x Sumia. Does that mean I shouldn't do the paralogue 12 until later?
