  1. Battle Bunny Urgot.

    Popstar Urgot.

But how do you think the Sated Devourer will aftect the Jungle? I expect to see a healthy buff to Aatrox since it's confirmed it procs his W every two attacks instead of three (Aatrox main here) and Riot is already talking up Jungle Kayle.

  2. Before, you could toss out your Q when getting ganked, fight and die and on the Q return end up with a double kill. It's comically broken but so much fun to watch happen. The Q return has increased damage so the AP ratio decrease is definitely needed.

  3. Ekko is still extremely solid. The most notable nerfs lie in the mana increase/AP ratio decrease to his Q and that his R now costs 100 Mana. Even so, he's still a consistent ban and is in my opinion, a top tier Champ.

  4. By that time in the game, I believe you have access to Rain Dance and quite a few Dark types can learn it which can force the field to change into a Rainbow Field given it hasn't been Superheated yet iirc.

Also, your topic title is a huge Gundam reference so kudos on that.

    *Edit: Ninja'd lol

  5. Step parents gave me a legal name change for my birthday after winning custody when I was like 11 or 12. What every kid wants, amirite?

Looking back I'm glad I didn't try to name myself something weird like Fang or Maximum or Captain Terror.

  6. Pidgeot ( C ): Pidgeot is a high quality support Pokemon throughout all levels of the game even up through Episode 14. Pidgeot has access to two core moves and a third of high use that places it in a position to benefit every team. Tailwind is obvious as to how it helps. A massive speed boost to your team for a short amount of time that enables your heavy hitters to outspeed the opponent whereas they normally couldn't. Feather Dance is, in my opinion, one of the greatest moves in the game. It allows Pidgeot to utterly cripple physical threats and allow even your glassiest sweepers to set up with their Quiver Dances or Bulk Ups and smash through the remainder of the enemy's team. With Pidgeot above average speed, it makes life so much easier. Unfortunately, Pidgeot's offensive standard is horrendous past Shelly, but with these two moves coupled with Roost for further resilience, Pidgeot can definitely be the Pokemon you need on your team.

Lanturn ( B ): (Chinchou/Lanturn is still available via wild encounter, right?) Now, Lanturn will not be sweeping teams any time soon outside of some hilarious status hacks scandal, but Lanturn is one of the most useful supportive Pokemon in the game from personal experience. With a massive HP stat coupled with a moderate Sp. Defensive stat, Lanturn fits exceptionally well as a special tank. In addition, Lanturn sports two abilities that put it in a great defensive position. Water Absorb and Volt Absorb, grabbing either is a smart decision (I suggest Volt Absorb). Alongside this, Lanturn has access to some game changing status moves being Thunder Wave and Confuse Ray and Eerie Impulse to perform the same role Pidgeot performs with Feather Dance to cripple special sweepers and allow your own to set up. Not to mention that Lanturn has access to Stockpile to increase tank that much further. With access to Discharge and Surf, both strong moves that are also STAB in the hands... Flippers.. Of Lanturn, it's easy to see how Lanturn can find a spot on almost any team.

Meowstic Male( C/B depending on the team. Sorry for repeating something you've already stated Zareason, but I feel as though this could use some further explanation ): Meowstic is a very solid Pokemon in its role. As much as I love both of them, female Meowstic unfortunately lacks the ability and move pool that makes male Meowstic so useful. Meowstic serves two separate roles throughout the game. One up to Aya, and past that, another one entirely. Before Aya, Meowstic serves as a solid sweeper with its modestly useful special attack stat and Psyshock. It'll definitely be of help throughout the early stages of the game. Once Meowstic's offensive power falls off, Meowstic transitions from sweeper into support. With Prankster Light Screen and Reflect and whatever status moves we find that he can learn, examples being Sunny Day or Rain Dance in case your team prospers from weather support or you want to cripple Charlotte's field. Prankster Light Screen/Reflect, however, is what really gives Meowstic its place. Halving damage on both spectrum and easing the burden your team has to take.

  7. Get. A Koffing. I cannot even begin to stress how useful that thing is especially through Corey. Keep Self-Destruct.

Levitate completely shuts down Florina's field use and sweeps everything spare Ferroseed (she still has that, right?) with Sludge and works wonders as a physical tank. Destiny Bond and Memento really help late game.

  8. Latios @ Latiosite

    Ability: Levitate

    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe

    Timid Nature

    - Draco Meteor

    - Psyshock

    - Hidden Power Fire

    - Energy Ball

    Jirachi @ Expert Belt

    EVs: 132 Atk / 160 SpA / 216 Spe

    Mild Nature

    - Iron Head

    - Icy Wind

    - Hidden Power Ground

    - Thunderbolt

I know both of them get butchered by Bisharp, but I'd love to see these two work efficiently on a team. They're awesome! I'm very open to seeing changes in move set and/or EVs but if anything, it'd be awesome to fit them into a balanced team not too stocked on either offense or defense.

  9. 1. Gaius. He's awesome, super useful, almost all of his support convos are hilarious, voiced by Gideon Emery (fangirl swoon), has a unique outlook and personality, kicks majour ass in game (especially if paired with Lissa or Olivia who make up for his sheety Luck. Add Sol and it's gg), and he has awesome epilogue stories (again, especially with Olivia and Lissa; both endings are adorable, whereas pairing him with Cordelia is entertainingly awkward in the end).

    2. Also Robin for the many reasons listed prior to my post. Awesome character personality-wise and a kick ass Dread Fighter (heh).

    3. Morgan (F). She's just funny lol. Unique and air headed yet keen and interesting. Has the personality of someone I'd love to just chat with sometime. She's also a horrendously broken monster of terrifying proportions that sweeps end game maps with a tree branch.

  10. ((To Monika))

Sidus turned in his seat to face Monika, linking his fingers together, and then separating them again; a nervous habit he was barely conscious of. "I'm from the back country past the city over, it's kind of a long story but..". Sidus felt warmth in his cheeks, he was speaking a little fast, feeling embarrassed by how difficult it was to talk casually to a stranger. After years of talking only to his mother and father-- and his older sister on the rare occasion, it was unnerving to peek outside the shell of social seclusion. He put his hand up to his mouth as if to clear his throat but realized he was avoiding Monika's gaze, and turned back to her. "It's a boring story I mean. But um-" Sidus made a show of looking at his watch. "I think we're about done with lunch and I need to settle kind of a pressing errand. We should talk later!". Without waiting for a reply, Sidus snatched his backpack and slung it over one shoulder, quickly maneuvering through the mess of desks and out of the classroom. He felt bad for rushing away from Monika so anxiously, but he couldn't stand stumbling over his words like a fool for much longer.. ..Also, there WAS a seriously pressing matter to attend to. Lunch was nearing its end, and Sidus had yet to eat! A travesty beyond comparison, as missing a meal could stand comparable to losing your ace monster right before a duel. Sidus hurried to his locker where lunch awaited.

  11. I'm unsure as to the level of ignorance I'm about to display as I know exceptionally little about the theme tours but...

I'm also unsure if anything like this has already been done before but...

I was playing some friends in 4 person chess and the majourity of the time, the Queen was the centerpiece of everyone's play and we all generally adapted our movements to our Queen's. So I had an idea on what might make an entertaining theme tour...

One Pokemon from each tier, PU (Yes, I consider it a tier and so does Showdown, but can easily be adopted as a second NU), NU, RU, UU, OU, and one Uber. The Uber representing the "Queen" in this instance. Building a team across the several tiers to accommodate your Uber. If you have the Great Wall of Giratina or hyper offensive Rayquaza... And go off of that!

Of course, this is just the skeleton and can be shaped to fit any mold.

  12. (To Monika/Open to anyone)

Sidus accepted his cards back with silent appreciation, managing a slight nod in response. -Similar...?- Sidus took the card Constellar Stellarknight Diamond from the top of his deck and stared at it, feeling a wave of sickening nostalgia wash over him. He set it back down and exhaled. After a few moments contemplation, he turned towards the girl that had helped him put his cards together with intent on striking up a conversation. That was, after all, a huge reason he was here so far away from home. Meeting new people! This was a new city, a new way to live life. Despite the caution, aside from the fear of the unknown, Sidus felt the nervous pit in his stomach bubbling over with joy. However, the words were stuck in his throat, his mind blanking before they could take shape. The little blonde boy turned back to his desk, smiling to himself.

"Similar? You must have really good taste, miss" Sidus spoke out loud without thinking to the girl, whose name he believed to be... Monika?

  13. ((Specifically open to Monika/open to anyone else))

"Two. Three.. ..Would that work? I'll have to check the ruling..". Sidus rummaged through the mess of cards in front of him, each in their protective white sleeves, sprawled over the table in front of him. As lunch began and the class began to filter out, Sidus remained in his seat beside the back end window, immersed in his cards. It served as a good distraction, he had told himself, to avoid confronting the reality that his favourite teacher had died. Sidus knew evidently well to keep his mind occupied or risk becoming embarrasingly somber. None of the other students seemed to be as affected as he was by this situation and how it had come about, but that didn't bother Sidus. He knew everyone dealt with sadness their own way.

Feeling his phone vibrate inside of his backpack which leaned against his leg, he slid his arm over to grab it from its protective pocket. In doing so, his arm pushed half of his mess of cards over the side and they took a tumble off the desk, littering the tiled floor. After a panicked gasp, Sidus stumbled out of his desk and began collecting his cards with all due haste. "Oh drat... I had just finished organizing" Sidus mumbled, hoping to himself that nobody was looking in his general direction when he so carelessly forgot about his deck and sent half of them over the side! He shook his pale blonde head, cheeks red with embarrassment. "Surely not".

  14. I'mma post as soon as I get off work (ten hour shift hooray).

Cyaloom, if you're still game for having Monika and Sidus be friends, would you mind being the one to strike up a conversation? Due to his initially shy reserved personality, Sidus is more inclined to sit at a table and go through his cards like a loner.

  15. @Cyaloom: I had originally planned on using Constellars but once I saw they were taken, I scavenged around for a new archetype and was so hyped when I found Tellarknights. They're practically sister archetypes. Also, you have excellent taste in archs.

But yeah, I'd love for Monika and Sidus to be friends. It's the perfect combo! However, I am kind of a novice (just like Sidus) but I like to think I'm a fast learner.

  16. Late app! All finished up.

Name: Sidus Reverie (just goes by Sid)

    Gender: Male

Appearance: Nearly bleach blonde hair, average height and moderate figure. Bright hazel eyes and soft facial features. Often dresses in dark coloured clothing, mainly pants and button-up shirts.

Personality: Very soft-spoken, loving and compassionate with a harsh curiousity and innocence, very easily upset and hurt, taken advantage of.

Backstory: Sidus was homeschooled for the majourity of his life at the edge of a back country town, taken up by his adoptive family under a curtain of wealth and compassion. Sidus was always decribed as a frail boy, not in body but in spirit. A tender care for the lives and well being of those around him, always the first one to lend a hand when needed, at the same time very quick to upset, easily put down and a victim to his own vulnerable, loving innocence. Sidus absolutely adored the time he was allowed in the attic, where the brilliant country night sky lit up like an ocean of dazzling lights. Sidus was intent on gazing outward with his telescope every night, mapping star charts and imagining up theatrical stories on how the stars truly are up above. Despite being so far away from the world, there was a beauty in that night sky; a beauty that everyone in the world could see. However, even as a younger child, Sidus had always felt guilty for his love and desire for competition. From sports teams on the radio he would hunker down in his bedroom and listen to once a week, to the public courts trials his father's work engaged in. Even past all of this, there was one thing in the world that ignited a passion inside of Sidus whenever the subject arose, the same thing that his parents so vehemently forbid in the house due to its "corruptive capabilities", and that was Duel Monsters.

Whenever Sidus would ride to town with his father for business, he would spend his time sneaking to card shops and dueling rings, so mezmerized by the fierce competitiveness it held. The method of tactics in building a deck and using it, testing the might of you and your cards against that of another, everything so controlled by skill and luck. Sidus slowly built his own deck off of an aestetically pleasing archetype, ignoring the twinge of guilt that came with hiding it all from his parents. When the time of reckoning came and Sidus revealed his passion to his parents, as expected, an argument broke out. After many stubborn hours and the final "No matter what you say, I'm not changing my mind", Sidus' parents resolved to his extremely rare determination and defiance. The final decision was to enroll their son in the academy hosted by the second city over, Heartland, a decision in which Sidus could not be more thrilled. However, his parents were clear on their thoughts on the matter, and only agreed to this in hopes the harsher side of the world of duel monsters would break Sidus' enticement and send him back home, having learned his lesson.
