Hey ok this thread has been inactive for a long while due to finals and shit, but lucky for you guys I have a lot of characters to reveal. So here they are! Jeremiah: White hair, 62, White, male, grey eyes: The ice leader of Reveran. Lived a cruel, cold and unforgiving life. His birth parents were killed at age 3, he was abused by the adoption center that took him in and was abused by his adoption parents. Was chastised to no end in his lifetime. He has since isolated himself from society and is one of the hardest gym leaders to make contact with, let alone see in person. Often ends peoples league challenges as he is nearly unfindable... Douglas: Black hair, 15, white, male, brown eyes: Child who belongs to the orphanage. He was taken in after his mother died during his birth and his father gave him away. Training pokemon is his only passtime, but he must do this in secret as pokemon aren't allowed to be used outside orphanage grounds for orphaned kids. Each orphaned kid gets exactly 1 hour each day to roam the city if needed. Douglas is madly in love with Lizzy and would do anything to impress her, despite his status and the conditions he faces. Byrne: Black hair, 42, Tan, Male, Blue eyes: The current tribe leader of Theran and a low ranking gym leader. Care taker of Sal after her parents left on a mission into Solemn and never returned. Specializes in the bug type and is skilled in the art of stealth and camoflauge as he prefers a non-violent life style. Would protect Sal over his village as it was her fathers last request. Drakon: Blue hair, 19, Black, Male, Red eyes: The young new leader of Draknid and one of the highest ranking gym leaders around the region. Is forced by his heritage and roots to use the Dragon type as it is the strongest type and will help him defend his people in their time of need. However he wishes for change. The colony is being split into two: Those who want change, and those who don't and Drak is caught in the middle trying to piece them all back together. Paola: Black hair, 30, White, Male, Brown eyes: Short for Paola L. Enranged (An anagram for Edgar Allan Poe ) A raving poetic lunatic who lost his mind sometime between becoming the reserve dark leader and becoming the dark leader. His most recent poetry is made up of incoherrent babble. Some have theorized that is a religious message. Some say he is trying to cry out for help. Most agree though that he is just insane. Sometimes when trainers enter his gym... They never come back out. He is hiding a secret. The question is, are you insane enough to find it? Finally: Dusk: Black hair, 12, Darkish body, Female, Red eyes: The ghost type leader of Reveran. Killed by her mother at age twelve and has since haunted her home and now gym. No one is quite sure how she acquired the gym leader title. Is very shy and only appears for people she likes. Has seen dark things in the abyss... Horrible things. Lastly, I've been doing some mapping and currently have our intro maps and first city done. Now all that's needed is scripting and eventing in them Also sometime after finals, I'll be revealing more characters and our first town Get hyped maybe? P.S. If any of you want to help me with this project that would be cool. Suggestions are nice as well. -

Well reading books is fun and all, but I have some different suggestions. Maybe everyday you could go out for a walk or hang out with friends or just play a game. I like walking by myself as it gives me time alone with my own thoughts and I often make myself giggle and laugh a lot. Hanging out with friends keeps everything fun and enjoyable as there's just so much to do when there's another person with you. Playing games is also a nice escape, but it's not the best seeing as they could get boring fast. To me, I'm the opposite of you when it comes to reading/summer. I get bored of reading really quickly, but really enjoy Summer... Except for last Summer. I literally did nothing then Anyway books! Have you read anything like the Year of Secret Assignments? I was assigned to read it this year and class, and it really gives a nice change of pace through it's style. Plus some of the writing is really relatable. I don't like the genre it is, I much prefer books like you do yourself, but I actually liked this mostly due to how relatable it was to me and events in my life.

Especially because I feel like a catalyst, after what me and sparky said in our battle yesterday. Obviously you shouldn't be used as a way to gauge skill because anyone could be better than anyone. It all comes down to whether they want to and can.

ofc xD. You can't rank a pokemon if you can't even use it yet. Also pseudo legendaries are instantly like... B rank due to them probably being late in the game and hard to train up.

Why do we need a gym guide? The only gym that was even reasonable tough to figure out was Crawli's and even that wasn't that bad.

Gym leaders don't need a difficulty boost or megas to be hard. That's why we have field effects >>. However I do like the idea of difficulty settings. Maybe have reborn mode and insane mode much like rejuvenation (no casuals allowed). For insane mode levels could be boosted by x1.1 kind of like rejuvenation... That is until we see level 100's.

You guys know Kingdra gets Dragon Dance right? Ame could very well give Amaria a Kingdra with Dive/Iron Head/Outrage/DDance. It honestly wouldn't be too bad either. I mean, Kingdra has base 95 atk and base 95 sp. atk. It's not as bad as big top Talonflame for Ciel tho. Gale wings gives fly priority, but on the landing it has negative priority, so it can never be hit... Kind of xD

Nobody has even mentioned Garbodor yet I'm surprised. Well here goes nothing. Rank: C+ or B- It gets Toxic Spikes very early which will help you out against various gym leaders. Being able to resist Venams field effect and even hit hard with Acid Spray is nice. Aftermath and Stench are both pretty useful in their own way and weak armor can make this thing a monster... That is if it doesn't die. All in all a great pokemon, but it's usage may start to drop as the steel, Ground and psychic leaders are brought in.

Add snubbull and Granbull up to B rank. Although Snubbull does not do well against Venam, the ability to resist shadow Pokemon, resist Keta and intimidate then charm attackers, it really hampers the AIs teams. It makes Keta it's bitch, and can cripple any physical attacker, while providing support in the form of charm and bulk up. It's usage will probably drop as more things come up, but for now it's great.

Here's version 5.5 Keta for reference. He has Hawlucha/Medicham/Mienshao/Hariyama/Gurdurr/Lucario first battle. I'm giving Jan a reason to put another gen 2 pokemon further on in the game. See if you can guess who.

Also important note the titania sprite that is barely visible in the bottom-left. Titania what happened? Is this before or after we save them? How does it happen? Edit: Ame has hid Titania. Mistakes were made!!!
