you know, I Like watching the big DotA/LoL tournaments... but thing REALLY bugs me: it's the same 30 heroes getting picked and banned over the course of the whole tourament... OUT OF OVER 100! ... I wished they would make a rule that the 10 picked heroes of a match get auto pulled out from hero-pool for the next game (of the same matchup) - I just want to see SOME variation, and not the SAME match again and again and again...

I think that is very comparable to Pokemon tiers; In OU, about 650 mons are available, yet there are only, like, 75 viable for use. Of course, there's pre-evos, but still, there's a lot of mons that are NEVER used in OU. OF course, there are lower tiers in which they are good. Maybe there should be similar tiers for these MOBA games?

yeah... and that's why I don't watch competetive Pokemon... it's always the same teams...
and yeah, there are "tiers" in Mobas... but it would give so much more variety... If they pick 10 "top tier" heroes in the first game... both teams have to settle with "high tier" heroes and as such bring more variety
and different to Pokemon tiers, MOBA Tiers get constantly shifted because of balance patches... which we don't get with Pokemon...
