A bit of motion caught Jev's attention, and he used his Lumen to extend his arms all the way to a spot just ahead of it so that he could retrieve whichever individuals were moving at that location. If he was successful, he'd grab Aqui by the arm, then pull them towards himself and the other students in the tunnel entrance.

Jev had quickly made his way to the tunnel in the chaos that followed the explosion that was the dragon-girl's arrival, and remained quiet the entire time. However, once Can spoke up with a question, an idea occurred to him.
"I've got an idea for getting those people out of there. I can reach out and grab them from afar, then pull them back towards us." -

Jack merely rolled his eyes and then spoke to the others in the group escorting Hugh, trying to usher them towards the Pokécenter so that Hugh could get his Team healed.
"C'mon, guys, we don't need to involve ourselves with rattatas like them. Let's just leave them to their business and get on with our day. Besides, now that financial balances have been settled, we don't have any further business with them." -

Jack remained calm as he spoke to the voice behind his back, unperturbed by the Misdreavus' taunting thanks to the fact that he'd been around a Dark-type for quite a good portion of his life at this point.
"We're sorry, madam, but you are done with him. The battle had run its course, after all."
He then hissed under his breath to the other Trainers that were escorting Hugh.
"Keep moving, guys. Don't let them think you're afraid of their little display. If we can get Hugh into the Pokécenter, we should be fine." -

Jack followed the others, stowing his Smoke Ball back in his bag before walking to help the group maintain strength in numbers. Jack knew that it would be inadvisable to draw too much attention to himself, so he kept a calm and collected air about him as the group walked in their attempt to get Hugh out of there.

Jack responded to Mio's question, concerned both that what he was considering doing next might not work and for Hugh's safety.
"Well, we could try to cause a distraction... but I'm not sure if that would work."
As he spoke, he held the Smoke Ball from the Watchog Encounter in his left hand, ready to use it if needed. -

Now that he'd located an individual that could help poppy, he went quadrupedal once more, then quickly grabbed the chikorita's unconscious form, placed it on his back, being careful to avoid putting her on his flame-patches as he did so, and scurried off towards the healer that he'd spotted, being careful to watch where he was going as he moved.

Upon reaching the medic that he'd spotted, Cinder got their attention, and ended up leaving poppy under their care after a short while. He then started to walk out of the main plaza, not wanting to be the cause of any commotion. However, only fate and time would tell if he would be able to stay out of trouble...
