Godamn this one question on my geog practice quiz. It asks what makes water polar, and the right answer is some shit about one "end" being "slightly" positive and the other being "slightly" negative. First of all, it is not the ends that are positive, (the ends being hydrogen) it is the oxygen in the middle.
