Huuh..? You're supposed to get that ingrown nail out of there. Warm salt-water can be of service. Just try it out.

I've dealt with ingrown nails quite a few times and in the end I simply cut the thing open with my fingernails. While it certainly wasn't the most painless way, it did the trick. Though, I could've probably gotten an infection. So don't take my actions as an example.

Just do the thing with the salt-water, otherwise go see a doctor.
