  1. If I do fighting, I won't do Torchic (it'll make it too easy). Only thing about flying is I want Zubat (odd, I know). So, that's a thing. And thanks!
  2. So, I've been seeing monotype challenges pop up here, there, and everywhere. So, I'm going to do my own. But I am not sure what type I want to do. So, I want opinions. The types I've been thinking about are ground, fighting, and flying. These are the types I feel like I can make the most balanced team from. Opinions?
  3. If it's what I'm thinking it is(won't spoil it), then be glad it's glitched at the moment.
  4. I can't help but laugh after reading this. But, as for recording? I've had good success with TSR(total screen recorder), though I haven't tried recording reborn yet.
  5. Yay for being sick and not physically able to speak. -_- what a great month it's been so far(intense sarcasm).

    Eviolite

God, an eviolite would be AMAZING right now, dang murkrow being frail. As well as a good flying or grass tm, such as aerial ace/energy ball. js
  7. Luck be a lady on that one bro. I beat him using a similar strategy to Hinaru, but it was still a pain to do. -6 acc, Leech seed, Poison fang's chance happening, and +3 DD from a Gryados does wonders.
  8. Hmm, exploring new options for party members, doing another playthrough, same old same old.
  9. While it might have a lot of weaknesses, grass is an amazing type. The horror you can inflict as you can either put your foe to sleep, paralyze them, plant a leech seed on them, then set up and try to sweep. Horribly beautiful. Grand Elder ShadowTree(native american reference) Badge: Herb badge(8th) TM: TM53 Energy Ball City: Veridian City Ferrothorm-lv. 62 Thunder Wave, Spikes, Power Whip, Gyro Ball Trevenant-lv. 62 Horn Leech, Leech Seed, Will-o-Wisp, Shadow Claw Ludicolo-lv. 63 Energy Ball, Surf, substitute, Giga drain Torterra-lv. 63 Wood Hammer, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Rock Polish Leavanny-lv. 64 Swords Dance, Protect, X-scissor, Leaf Blade M-Venusaur-lv. 65 Giga Drain, sludge bomb, leech seed, Energy Ball
  10. So, we all agree on one thing, the signs where the beldum is hint that tarous is needed so, yea. EDIT: I think that was the first sign's message, I could be wrong.
  11. Breeding. *shivers* I'm going to be doing quite a bit of that with how this team is going. Ice? no, I'm tired of the rock types having their way with me. In short? The number of rock types is too damn high!
  12. So, I have a second file of reborn in which I'm trying new pokemon out, and just playing the game with pokemon I haven't tried before, whether it be in reborn, or main pokemon games. So, my question is, what would be a solid water type THAT ISN'T Swampert or Gyrados?

    Eevee

Can the eevee event not be done after you've destroyed the PULSE-abra?
  14. I'm thinking Ttar could be in there. 4x fighting weakness with Gallade/Lucario/Scrafty/Primape. If you were to have a fighting type in your party, it wouldn't be that big of a threat.
  15. The event is at night during a thunderstorm, right outside the first gym.
  16. tl;didn't edit. I ended up sweeping him gyrados. Overkill +6 Dragon Dance. -Um, I really recommend Torterra (second playthrough with this tank) for this game, but unless you breed for rock moves, can't really get any...........yet. -I spent thirty minutes trying to decide Bite v.s. Air Slash. With how little there is in difference between my crobats attack and sp.attack, figured "Why not?" -I was actually thinking about an electric type, might train all three. Never been to big on the whole "rotating party members out," deal. Meh.
  17. Yes, we're doomed. FFFFFFUUUUUUUU That's what it looks like I'm going to have to do
  18. There in lies the problem, ALL of my pokemon have higher physical defense. .-. It would be different if that proygon wasn't so fast.EDIT: even my hm slave
  19. So, I come back to you guys, greats of Reborn, asking for help. My team is as follows: Lucario lv. 54 Docile Aura Sphere, Calm Mind, Shadow Ball, and Fient(no better move until dragon pulse) Torterra lv. 52 Brave Earthquake, Crunch, Razor Leaf, and Giga Drain Arcanine lv. 52 Bashful Flamethrower, outrage, crunch, and reversal(again no better move) Gyrados lv. 52 Lax Rain dance, Ice Fang, Dragon Dance, Aqua Tail Crobat lv. 52 Hardy Acrobatics, Confuse Ray, Poison Fang, and Air Slash I always get swept by his freaking Proygon-z that always gets the sp.attack boost, never the attack boost from download. I'm not sure what could help me with Noel, but any suggestions would helpful.
  20. Like Feareth said, Two pokemon? no bueno. I had five at that point, js. If it was me personally, i would pick up a phanpy
  21. If you have a sixth gen pokemon in your party, or try to look at the summary. I've gone back to Ep.10 for two things(Zubat and Rilou), and it worked fine.
  22. Might want to add Torterra Tier: A Stats: Physical tank Movepool: so-so Availability: Immediate One reason why Torterra makes A tier is EQ. Having a Pokemon with earthquake as early as lvl. 32 makes the early mid game easier. The biggest downside of Torterra, though, is it's speed. But this can be balanced by having faster party members. As having a so-so move pool, it makes up for it in stellar attack/defense. With Razor Leaf being able to OHKO most ground types mid game, this makes Torterra a viable choice. Go ahead and hate, I love Torterra. Just be glad I didn't recommend S tier.
  23. Who else is sad about Rilou being thrown to the wayside exchanged for darumaka?
  24. Well, I would evolve Noibat, but the level cap isn't high enough for me yet. And I've used crobat in one of my other playthroughs, and I've been meaning to try to catch one, but it never works out for me:/. Thanks for the advice though!
