Do you need to do the puzzle first because the women at the bottom isn't active in my game, and wont sell me anything.

I heard its on route 1 in the flowers that make you daze out, but I till haven't foud flabebe, I just keep warping back when I touch the flower with no encounter. I wonder why. I see some big plants in certain locations in soil but I can't access them,. I don't know how. maybe flabeb is there or it might just be a berry tree. either way I need more information on this. I just got Slyveon , but I really want flabebe.

I love the new characters, now I can be black in the game, but I liked the previous sprite also, but I had to change when I got the chance.

Noibat is in Chrysolia forest cave in the bottom right where eevee found, Still trying to find flabebe, somebody has to figure that out .
