  1. Cainis just looked out after the troops left, he doubted it would end peacefully, but you never know. Fifty years of war, huh?. There are days were he wondered how things would end, some of which ended with the whole place a ruin, but that's neither there nor here. His duty was to fight and bring the Land Kingdom to glory.

"Funny day, isn't it?" He said to no one in particular "How are bets on a fight breaking out?"

  2. Why is everyone thinking it's a Pokemon that uses Hypnosis that causes the sleep over Agate? It could just as well be a simple Grass type using spore. Maybe it's a Parasect or a Whimsicott using sleep powder or spore.

Because nothing can be seen, as Masquerain said, both spore and Sleep Powder would have caused a funny looking sandstorm (closest description I can give) spanning all the city so it's either hypnosis, or someone used something like Sing, Grasswhistle or Yawn, (it did take a minute for Cain to start falling sleep, and both the MC and Cain lasted the whole talk with Terra and long enough to get out of Agate City), but the first two are doubtful because, unless they use the "too high frequency for humans to hear" explanation, I didn't hear any strange sound on the city.

And either Team Meteor managed to control it or are using special gear to walk freely.

  3. Name: Cainis Blaze

    Age: 21

    Gender: Male

    Rank: Rook

    Kingdom: Kingdom of Land

    Poke'mon: Growlithe (turning into Arcanine)

Bio: While originally a bit of an aimless youth, due to his agility and determination, along with some talent on him, he was convinced into joining the army, where his potential could be used, and showed the loyalty he had for his people, even if he isn't particularly eager to fight.

  4. It is mostly a question about what could happen.

We've seen two of the wards destroyed by a Tangrowth, Azurine lake was completely contaminated by a Muk, a Camerupt could have made Pyrous Mountain erupt, and a Clauncher/Clawitzer knocked down several buildings and a bridge with one shot each, among other things. What would happen if you could connect one to bigger, more dangerous Pokemon, like Gyarados, Tyranitar or Hydreigon, and why hasn't Team Meteor done such a thing yet?

  5. I still find difficult the option of battling against Amaria, I mean we don't know in what physical state she's going to be, even if the fall didn't kill her it could have harmed her (and maybe make her lose her memory). And her psychological state shouldn't be one of the best either (again, maybe for her memory) and the problem with Titania isn't something that will be solved easily... I don't think that the protagonist will be that cold hearted with the person that saved xem from losing their head, right

Last time we saw them, Amaria had cracked ribs, so unless you could battle on a hospital bed, it lessens her chances, not to mention she needs to be in suicide watch from our last encounter.

  6. Considering that he didn't even have the empathy to feel bad for a guy who just commited suicide just in front of him as early as the third gym battle and hadn't had a redeeming moment since then, I think it's safe to say he crossed the point of no return and he will be either dead or in jail by the end of the game.

  7. Rob wiped his mouth, cleaning some blood from his lip, could be worse, he gave a step back just in time it seemed "I'll live" he said, before looking at his friend's daughter "I really messed up this time, huh?" He shook his head, that hadn't happened in years, during his early days in the army, he had said the wrong thing to a superior officer, and it ended in a fistfight, and, while he managed to avoid it coming to blows, there he went and nearly got his entire group killed by a demon with no idea of human interaction. What luck.

"Guess you and I will only talk about work from now on, since I doubt you'll easily recognize jokes within my likely very short lifespan" He said before retreating.

  8. I just felt the need to ask, who do you think will be the next gym leader? We have Titania, Amaria, Ciel, Hardy, I think Sapphira and Adrienn as options, so who do you think is gonna give us a badge next, assuming things don't go to hell again?

  9. "He still struggles with what he learns of humans, so give him some time between lessons so his little mind doesn't explode" Rob interrupted her thoughts. "Of course, I am talking to someone I feel I should pick up from the day care, so what do I know?"

With that, he turned to Brythit, "No one worth following, so I'm just going to be in the corner, yell if you need me" He said as he turned and pulled a sandwich out of seemingly nowhere.

  10. "Never a dull day with you guys" A new voice commented, making everyone turn to the older human member of the team, who made a mocking salute to everyone in the room with his right hand, obviously a cyber prothesis "Anything new so I can go and shoot someone, or Bom's relatives are smarter than they seem?" The former military man heard most of the talk from outside, so he had an idea of what's going on. A hand ran through his blonde hair, which he still kept short from his war days, when his arm and leg were flesh and bone, instead of a piece of metal.

"Bom and Lia,stop acting like idiots, I find you amusing, but I'd rather not see bullet holes and blood everywhere"

  11. It sounds good, I was always curious about D&D, but never got to play it. Can't really pay right now, so I'm more for Roll 20, if you don't mind giving me a crash course. Of course, there is the time issue (I'm from Chile and I'm in college), but I'm willing to try.

  12. Garchomp?! No, that was easy. I'm talking about the Sheer Force Nidoking lead that will wreck half of your team if you don't know exactly what you need to do to put it down and keep if down after all the Hyper Potions she throws at it.

It was actually pretty easy, just a strong Donphan to take the blow and make him eat an Earthquake to OHKO him.

  13. i thought Elias was confirmed for the E4, like, even with Laura being told to piss off

Cain said he was an elite when he helped you escape Radomus's castle, when you have to save Luna, and Laura was crying about the whole thing when you get to Charlotte's gym, the first time, and the way Charlotte was talking made me think the whole think happened just before you got there, so it should have been sent just minutes before you arrives, likely while you were fighting Team Meteor with Aya.

  14. (Might move it later)

Right now, we are very close to the levels those two showed in their storywise hopeless fights. Any theories on their whole teams and circumstances of the battle? As of this time, we know Solaris has a Garchomp and a Tyranitar, and El has a Ditto he could turn into Arceus, so any takers on the rest?

  15. Believe it was just a question of how much damage I could throw at it. Not too hard with Sharpedo, Noivern, Greninja and Gardevoir as choices(though Greninja was teetering just before Lv. 76) If you want to talk hard, try the Pokemon that comes right afterward.

You mean Terra's Garchomp?. That didn't take too long once I could slow him down a bit (hits hard tho)

  16. As you know, after you figure out Terra is evil, you have to chase her trough a virtual world based around the first gen, and some places in Reborn, near the end you fight a glitch with a level 75 Mewtwo (with Psystrike, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt and Recover), I am curious as to how you beat such a tough opponent while playing by gen one rules.
