Most of the Early TMs suck, with only a couple useful on early game (Charge beam and maybe Bug Struggle, the one Shelly gives you, if you have someone who can learn it), after Shade, they get better, but don't expect to find something like Hyper Beam on the ground.

It sounds good.

Is that even a question?
When you are a red white and blue eagle with an native american headdress, there is just no contest.
Braviary wins!
And Electrode for the explosions.

So far, two characters have tried to kill themselves due to our actions, one sadly succeeding.
With Corey, we didn't do anything wrong, we just tried to bust a bad guy, but dude had issues and was on the brink anyway, we saw that Heather was ready to run away anytime soon, but with Amaria, it was plain excesive curiosity and foolishness that caused it.
Right now, I'm worried about people like Serra or Aya depending on how deep her self-loathing goes, doing something drastic.

So, any chance we can fight again on the glitch field? It's interesting to go back to gen 1 rules, even if it's just for a while, and Terra is trapped, as far as I know, on a computer, so we have a chance to do so.

We've talked about "Magikarp Power" Pokemon. Weaklings like Ralts and Noibat, who, once evolved become powerhouses. Now, I'm seeing the opposite side of the spectrum, Pokemon that were useful at one point, but in the end couldn't keep up.
Mine is Garbodor, fairly resistant, could set up Poison Spikes or toxic as needed, but after Kiki, he took a nosedive and just couldn't win anymore. Any of yours?

Blake is the bigger jackass so far. While Fern is basically a school bully with near to no empathy (I'm talking about the whole thing with Corey), the worst thing we've seen him doing is leaving you caged, even if he is now a Meteor, he only says petty insults that lost their sting a long time ago. Blake, on the other hand, starved a town, locked a girl on a freezing warehouse, shoved his brother down a cliff. It's obvious who is worse.
I have to give douche points to Sirius for how badly he treats his own men, specially the thing with Eclipse.

...With Anna? I mean, she said you glow (even when you are on the other side of a door likely without a window, or low enough for her to look through it), figured out that Charlotte was involved in a fire just by seeing "burn scars" that aren't physically there, hears screams coming from Connal, and then there is her relationship with her Jirachi doll, Nostra, she said the doll was sick when she fell ill after the jailbreak, and the medicine you gave her actually worked when she poured it on Nostra! While the sickness being psycosomatic is a posibility, the other facts are hard to overlook.
While she may seem delusional, there are way too many on point comments to be a coincidence anymore.
So I ask, is she psychic?, A lucky loony? A legendary in disguise?

How long has Lin been in charge of Team Meteor anyway? It was said that they changed their methods at some point, but the whole poisoning the lake plot, and apparently the earthquakes ocurred several years ago, and they used similar tactics to run out the people of Reborn (the Tangrowths come to mind), so, I might seem dumb, but I didn't notice anything particularly different in either case.
And speaking of time, how long has it been since we got to Reborn?

It is mostly a forum to discuss you hopes, ideas, suggestions and other such things about the not yet announced yet inevitable Gen 7.
Any particular setting in particular? Any Pokemon idea? New mechanics? Anything can be put on there.

So, is Bennett with Team Meteor now? I mean, he allied himself with Elias, and the fanatic is obviously at least in league with them, so where does that leave the bug boy?

As you know, we all do our role, help out Titania, knock around Team Meteor, including their new "religious nut division", stop the PULSE Swalot, may or may not beat Taka to cover his rear, stop a home invasion and meet a few friends again.
But after it's all said and done, we are back to the beginning.
Amaria lost memories! AGAIN!
We already had revealed accidentally that Tania forced herself into a relationship with Amy, and after she knew about it, she went into a nearly succesful suicide, and had to go through loops in order to save her.
Now, she seems to have lost all her memories since our first team up (somewhere after going with Shade, if I remember correctly), and Tania basically ran (or flew) away, and the things are kind of a mess, leaving several questions.
Will we have to chase after her during another moment of depression? Will she get her memories back and will we have to deal with the fallout? Did the gal of steel have the foresight to take her diary with her? Too many questions.

WELCOME!
And in the interests of helping you be a little more social, what's your favorite pokemon? Favorite type? Favorite anime? Favorite topic to have a discussion or fan-gush on?
Thanks, and in order, I am particularly fond of Arcanine and Swampert, I prefer the Fire types due to an attack all out way of thinking, my favourite anime, I loved the Yu-Gi-Oh! series when I was a kid, and now I'm looking at Arc V, but I've also read manga like Eyeshield 21, Pokemon Special/Adventures and Kenichi, and anything that catches my eye at the time, and on my favorite topics, I like to read fan theories and speculation, you gotta give them credit for all the thought they give to things.

In Reborn, the difficulty of any Gym Leader has to do with how you composed your team. Most of the itme it means you have to learn a new attack to take advantage of the field, or to get a couple new team members to have type advantages, so depending on what you carry at the time, any given Gym Leader may be a walk in the park or your worst nightmare.

P.S. if you're a "bit too antisocial for your own tastes" then just change yourself
I know, and most people would say the same about me being closed off.

I have been around the site for a while, but I haven't taken the time to introduce myself, and only rather recently started using the forums.
So, hey, I'm leocain, a chilean Pokemon fan with curiosity for the fangames (some people come with some good ideas around the net). I am a student in college, and in my free time I enjoy playing any videogame I can get my hands on (but never managed to get into shooters), reading, listening to music or simply sleeping.
I also enjoy some anime and manga, but I have issues following them, and might get lost at times.
What can be said about me?, I like to think of myself as a likable guy, I'm nice enough, if a bit too antisocial for my tastes, and a bit too lazy.

This is something I wanted to ask. So now we have a fair amount of good water moves (let's face it, if nothing else, Surf and Waterfall are pretty damn useful), but since most of our TMs aren't that good and it doesn't learn really good stuff till level 32, I wondered whether now it would be a good moment to get the fish that can barely swim.
-
So, I remembered this game, a crossover of Pokemon and Nobunaga's ambition. It took a period of warring states (Sengoku, I think), and added Pokemon to the whole thing, while the playing added a new way of getting Pokemon and a Turn Based strategy gameplay.
It was a pretty good game, all things considered and I wondered. Any other historical period you'd want to use for a game like this? Cause sending an angry Charizard against the Axis Powers or other such things sounds awfully tempting.

Abra. Smart and capable, but spends a lot of time sleeping.
-
Cain the Arcanine and Glenn the Greninja always end up getting me out of the mud, to be honest I also depended a lot on a Walrein I trained as a water TMX slave (I know, I can make them forget now, but still didn't want to keep searching for Heart Scales) on the last couple chapters.

You know, with the grasshole becoming a part of Team Meteor as of two chapters ago, this just came to my mind. On Beryl Ward there was a PULSE Tangrowth causing major destruction, and the first one got orders to restrain anyone who interferes (except for us, but we seemed to be the weak link, at least next to Florinia then and Amaria). Now, I don't doubt they could pull something similar on round two, but Fern went by without being attacked!, Hell, he could go back and forth without even being bothered by the goons.
So, what? Was he in cahoots with them from that early? Did he say he didn't care about them and could blow up stuff and he won't interfere? I am still confused.
Ok, due to apparent misunderstandings, I'm going to rephrase. He was moving freely on Beryl without anyone doing anything to him, even taunting us as we were caged by those Nuzleafs, and he also participated on the destruction of the first factory (without much interest, but still), and no one stopped him, as far as we know, not even a grunt.

"Today, the heart of Reborn falls. How marvelous...". A hint what's to come, and vague enough to take a few different meanings. In my opinion, it means that Team Meteor is about to raise the stakes again, and perhaps it's time for the earthquakes to return. Of course, that's just a theory. But next time, we will most likely fight on a really hard battle, likely a new turning point on the journey.
Now, any guess on who says that?, It sounds like something from a member of TM, but it's more sophisticated than normal.

Well to the OP point tho, "the whole thing would have been found out anyway" is something you can only say after the whole ordeal is over. But the question asked by the OP is: what would you do if you were in that situation IRL, with Amy asking you and no way of knowing beforehand that she'd find out anyway? What would you do if you believed that the whole situation is in your hands and yours alone?
I stated what I would do: I would try everything in my power to avoid the situation to begin with. But if that failed and I found myself faced with Amy asking me directly, I'd tell the truth.
By logic, pretend to faint and pretend to forget what happened after Amaria leaves, but talk to Titania as soon as possible (yeah, far fetche, but I am the kind of guy who just reacts and hopes for the best).

The whole thing would have been discovered sooner or later anyway, the worst part is that you get dragged in on the whole thing. Tania chose the wrong way to help out on the first place.
