    You have to give him (a homeless guy that asks for change in Lower Peridot). around 700 to 800 dollars too and then he moves out the way so you can go to a house that has a ralts inside.

    I'm having a similar problem. I'm re-downloading the game now. I just started playing this week. I'm not really sure on what to do though. Do i overwrite all the old files and which file is the save file? Is it the RGSS file?
