Open up the left exit by switching the train from going out into the disappearing forest to going out towards the locked left section. Aron is in the place where you saved the man in the rail net to get the department store sticker. Go down the stairs to the left and at the bottom is a bunch of old trains I believe and a pole at the bottom of the stairs. Headbutt the pole and you will fight Aron.
