Well I am at Charlotte's Gym and I need to re do somethings on my team, but I cannot do it unless I can access back to the city. IS there a way?

Well then:
Greninja can get itself the Surf HM if you prefer it's vastly superior accuracy. If you go back to E12 or earlier, you can also get your Greninja Ice Beam via Remoraid. You could also get it Dig (E12-), since you seem to like switching to Ghost on predicted Fighting Attacks, you could do the same to Electric attacks. And yes, Dark Pulse is a TM which you can get sorta-soon.
You should also go Modest, Greninja is plenty fast already.
Instead of Hone Claws you can get it Swords Dance from Ninjask in E12-, along with X-Scissor. If you don't want X-Scissor, at least get it Bug Bite and keep it at least until you beat the 2 gyms after Noel. SD Drapion can sweep those easily. Fell Stinger also since E12 (or 13) works properly, but it's far, far less reliable than Swords Dance. Also, Night Slash and Cross Poison each have a 50% chance to crit if you give it a Scope Lens from the Obsidia Dept. Store, and Sniper will make those crits really hurt.
With Swords Dance, you won't need the extra attack that much, so go for Impish on it (Def+, Sp.Atk-). Without SD, Adamant or Impish is the way to go, maybe Jolly.
Swords Dance, Night Slash, Cross Poison and X-Scissor would be the best set IMO.
Give Krookodile a Jolly Nature, Moxie will give it the needed power, so Speed is what you need to sweep. Also, get it Rock Slide/Stone Edge through breeding in E12- with Rhyhorn/Camerupt or Drilbur. I'd actually recommend Rock Slide, the extra accuracy and the flinch rate will make a Moxie sweep all the more likely. You can even make it have 99% accuracy if you go Yanma hunting, wild ones have a 5% chance (or 20% if you lead with a Pokemon with Compound Eyes) of holding a Wide Lens, which boost all moves accuracies by 10%.
Make it Timid. It'll have power with Nasty Plot, you need Speed. Shadow Ball and Dark Pulse have the same SE coverage, but Dark Pulse gets STAB, thus it's stronger. Instead of SB, you could get it either a Hidden Power or even better, much better, Flame Charge to boost Speed with, just breed it with a Cyndaquil/Ponyta/Tepig.
Honestly, Castform sucks. Really
If you'll use Froslass, definitely give it Cursed Body as it's ability. Also, go for Frost Breath, Shadow Ball, Destiny Bond and Spikes or Wake-Up Slap. Though it's unfortunately not that great.
Well you see, I am not fond of chain breeding and I do not have access to previous episodes, so I cannot aquire most moves through previous episodes you mentioned. I forgot about surf, which will replace HP.
And how much does it cost, shard wise, to change the nature of the pokemon. Also, in the Dept. Store, do they sell the --ev berries??
With Drapion, I tend to get the scope lens. I mean 50% chance is pretty good... And again, I cannot get past episodes and not fond of breeding constantly. And I shall wait for the TM's to come out for X-scissor and SD....I mean I would love a sword dance drapion.
Thats what I thought about Houndoom. Yeah Hidden power seems to fit. You get that from Noel, right?
I have beasted with Castform. Send out Ninetails drought, if she dies and it still sunny, castform raindances changes field to rainbow(This has won me battles by changing the field many times!)
So how would Metagross fit in the mess? Or What about Bisharp? Orr a super luck Absol?

Well here it is so far, I love Dark types so imma stick around with them, might shove a non dark type here or there...

Let me tell you straight.
I hate that 'poem.'
It's all about despair and man's desperate attempt to remain in this world. That is only as natural as it would be for every other creature in the world. But it explicitly states that no love was left.
Do not delude yourself that you are extraordinary, that you have had exceptional experiences. That you have suffered. At most you have had to bear more indignities than your average, fellow human beings. Who live in first world countries. Can you not comprehend that we are not set above other animals in any way? Failings are the rule rather than the exception. To give up and and whine about an unsatisfactory fate marks one as yet another failing, weighing as much upon the others as the rest of the world you bemoan.
I never stated that I was a special snowflake in anyway, nor that i am above others. That is far from what I believe in myself. So there is no delusion that I am far superior than any other person. Suffered? I think I have suffered. Its incredulous that you would assume such drastic events that you know nothing of. Sure other children get physically abused, rapped or worse things. But there is more to suffering than just that. A persons mental state is a frail thing and things can build up on a psyche of a person to cause such trifles. Me? I have suffered mentally, quite a bit in my life. So do not spout non-sense on who has suffered or not. IT may not breach the severity of others who get physically abused, or sexually abused but trauma can still affect someone regardless.
I am wanting to be an inspiring astrophysicists, i know the concept of failure, that only new things can come from them. Give up? I talked of no things. I only expressed my ideas on my view of myself. The inability to form any emotional connections with other peers around me due to my events that has occured in the past years. I have not showed any motion about whining, and I do not believe that fate has anything to do in the world. What have i failed, must I ask? You write it as if I am going to commit suicide. Thats to much of a trifle to do such things :/

I have a problem that I think probably arised sometime in the 7th grade. I have the inability to form any emotional bonds with anyone, not even family or close friends(I was able to before) But now. If they leave or get killed, I couldn't feel grief, I would only feel alone, and seek other companionship. Or if I move away, I wont miss them cause they are family, I would only feel alone, and again, search for other people I can relate to.
This goes for friends, I have a few close best friends, but if I move away, most likely as I get situated in a new town, and seek other friends, may it be at work or maybe college, I dunno.
So, I just do not care for people who are considered close to me. I mean I do care, but on emotional level, no. As humans, we need other people so we are not alone, thats about it. Anyone who can fill that void and is decent is what I would seek. But like other people, it would only be a mutual feeling of me wanting their company than virtuing being alone. Like with my best friends now, I know there is suppose to be a bond, but there really isn't since I know them and they know me, their company is welcomed a lot cause it keeps me occupied and not alone.

Just go through all the steps you did to get mudkip and then my advice would be look for a machine that looks suspicous and out of place.
Umm that doesnt help at all dude... In the area with the mudkip, the only machines is the satellite and train

Rowen sat, listening to the male before him. Interested, Rowen finally saw who this male, Skull, was. A Vampire. Such a rare oddity. How an undead has aether reside in them to convey them with life, but being able to still life force form others. 'Hmm.' Speculations began to process though Rowen's mind. The reason why vampires had to feed, despite being claimed undead-like, was due to the low amounts of Aether in their system. So they have to gain that life force from somewhere, interesting. With a small grin Rowen thought to himself, 'Tch, people thinking they suck blood, pfft, most likely they absorb the Aether that resides in the blood. But this is all speculation. Oh the wonders and questions I could ask, but I do not want to stifle with such trifles.'
"My name is Rowen, Rowen Evans." Rowen proclaimed, noting that he didn't have to say anything, observing the male creature in front of him with scrutinizing eyes.
Apparently, there was markings that absorbed, or nullified magic, or the flow of energy. 'But how come the Aether wasn't absorbed but was dissolved back into my body past so long.' Rowen's brows creased together as a curious glaze crept of his eyes. Rowen didn't miss the misinterpretation Skull made. Apparently, Skull was going to say something else besides damned carvings, but what.
"Quick question. How come you telepathy isn't nullified, or my ability to project Aether? Are only some abilities nullified, or just the dangerous ones? Or does it just stop the flow of mana from beings that poses magical abilities?" So many questions, but would this person know such answers? Rowen was getting frustrated with such thoughts flooding his mind. Oh how he hated his mind for processing thoughts so fast. A contempt sigh left before he scratched his side and looked back up at the vampire.
"My story? You're gonna have to be more specific on that. What do you want to know? How and why I got here? What I do? My powers? MY past relations? What?

Rowen remained on the ground, not noticing the loitering silhouette near him, fluxing his mana through his body. For some reason, it felt different. The usual easy flow of mana in his blood seemed disconnected. He tried to release his mana through a simple incantation. It was suppose to create ropes bound by the casters mana, but the mana didn't flow and form at all. 'Huh, why the hell is my Sangromancy nullified?' Rowen thoughts became dismal with the frustration of not feeling complete. With a second thought, he tried to connect his aether string to the astral plane. With a sigh of relief, he was able to sense the presence of the astral plane, and it's flow of energy. Luckily his necromancy wasn't subdued, even though it wouldn't help him much. Being the lazy person he was, he projected his aether out of his body to examine his surroundings, he saw what to be another person that was residing with him. He saw the curious glance the person was giving, but ignored the person, forging a summary of the person as worthless, sensing the amount of aether in the person to be low.
Casting aside the other person, he tried to venture out of the room, but for some queer oddity, his astral form started to dissolve, and next thing that happened, Rowen was jolted back into his body. With a sharp intake of air, Rowen sprang to life and looked around in sweat. Why couldn't his sangromancy work? Why was his necromatic powers so limited? He knew that the energy sources of his two abilities were separate, one using mana, and blood, while the other used the aether around himself and in nature to project things through and forth from the real world, astral plane, and spiritual world. He looked back to the person before him and gazed into it's eyes.
"Who are you?" Rowen said with a blunt tone, tilting his head in curiosity. "And why the hell od my powers not work."

She had a physique of a military officer, her back erect, hair tightly put up in a bun, lips pursed in a small smile. "Rowen Evans. Age, 18. Species, Unknown, but he is half blood elf, fourth warlock and a fourth human. Abilities, Sangromancy as primary attributes, Necromancy as secondary. Intellect, superb for his age. Such a pity, his passion, second best for the urge to kill, would have taken the field of astrophysics and Quantum Theory to a new level of understanding. Physical, weak, ectomorph to say the least. Mental stability, functional in society. He's a sociopath, pathological liar, manipulator and a tad bit narcissistic. He is able to function perfect in society. Reason for being institutionalized, we have recorded about 36 deaths of random civilians over the years, most likely the count is higher than that. His passion to kill is what got him caught, he was careless on his last victim, he left traces of his mana from the ritual he performed..." The voice of the Nurse soon drifted as Rowen smirked at the description he got, it was fairly accurate, except for the last part, he purposely left his mana signature linger at his crime scene, something told him he had to be caught, that he had to meet a certain someone. Who told him this? The spirits of course, and the spirits never lie.
But they were correct on everything else they mentioned, a tied up Rowen laid still, smirking like a manic to himself. He enjoyed the act of taking another life away, it excited him. People tend to say he is a monster, but they don't understand. No one does. The urge to kill, if someone has it, is strong, that lingering curiosity can only be diminished and kept control for so long. When he was 15, he couldnt help it, the urge over powered him.(Switching to first person, realizing itll be easier to write) So my first victim was my father, who was half warlock and half human. I remember clearly how I did it. It was my first use of magic on another person. Since most sangromancers have to be monitored and controlled, due to the access of blood and who it belongs to are detriments to the power. If it comes from some one else, the spell diminishes in power, but if its their own, it amplifies, but the craze that happens, it makes the use of the owners blood more demanding. Luckily, I was able to control that urge, well, my outlet was on my father. I was able to take control of his body by stabbing the middle part of both my palms, chanting something light. I remember the strands of blood red mana stretching from my hands into my father's body, oh seeing the shock in his eyes was worth it. His form of death was amusing. I chuckled at the thought of what I made him do. He ate himself. I started off small and at the feet. Everytime I severed a limb, I made my father heal his wounds to prevent blood loss. Eventually, when I got past his stomach, it was pointless to do any more, since the body parts would have no were to go anymore. So to see him squirm, I just slit his throat and hanged him like a wild animal and watched him be drained of blood. My first kill, was marvelous. I couldn't help it, I left a maniacal cackle escape, but this costed me to daze out again, still tied up.

i forgot about Gen 6... yeah Malamar is up there, as well as dragalge....
But for legendaries... I really want Darkrai, I have a team in my head, called the nightmare team. Involves - Gengar, Hypno, Spiritomb, Musharna, and If Darkrai comes, him. But I do not know what I would do for a 6th pokemon....

I have many favorite types, Ghost, Dark, Poison, then ice. I mean seriously a ghost that freezes its prey and displays them just like art...
Tentecruel...I still enjoy this pokemon for some weird reason...surprised its not in the game yet.
those are a few that I cant wait to be in the fame, cause most likely, Cloyster is gonna replace my feraligator, and Froslass is going in there somewhere...
TM wise, I want toxic so bad :/

Well you get Mime Jr. early on, like in the beginning. He can be useful once it learns mimic and evolves. Also, you can get a biberal, to level 15 and trade it to get an 2abra. You could get a Crobat. Just get a level 2 zubat and make sure it does not die, and once it evolves to golbat, check the friendship and do the saloon thing and level up! so Level 23 Crobat? MAgby. Garados? Electrike?These are a few early game ones.

You know, I never realized it, but I do think you're right about the Gengar being Corey... That sheds a new light on things.
It would explain why the Gengar was named Corey, why Shade took his body... And to top it off, Gengar's part Poison with purple spikes on his head... Corey was the poison-type gym leader and had purple spiky hair...
Eerie.
