Go back to the abandoned factory, with the ice starway leading up to it, and go to the Pokemon puzzle. Ditto should be in a cage above a Makuhita, or at least that's how it was set for me. Interact with the cage and Ditto should transform into Makuhita, use close combat on the door, and it will want to join your party.

you missed it i think it was part of the ditto event
No, this is a house where you can get a Happiny.. I think it's a weather event or something though, since I can't see it in the picture.

So are there only 8 badges in this episode? The pokecommunity post says there are "ten episodes and thus ten badges". I'm a bit confused. That's in the first post by Amethyst btw.
Ten gym leaders, but not ten badges.

Welcome!

Where do you get the Yureyu key ?
Go to the west bit of Tanzan mountain, and enter the place where Saphira walked out of. You have to do a small ledge puzzle-like thing, which isn't really complicated.. however, you're going to have to solve a strength puzzle to open a door. The rest is a little hard to explain, but luckily doesn't need an explanation. Just at the last bit, when you get to the second part of the bridge you couldn't get to(there's a bridge at some point), go to the left of the ladder, the item you obtain there is the Yureyu key.
-
That's the end of the episode, it says it right after you try to go out the door(it's there, you just gotta look hard). Go wherever you want... I suggest getting the Yureyu key and heading to shade's gym, there's something good waiting there.
-
You can use the Unown under the grand stairway, or you can train on Magnemite in shade's gym, but for that you need quite a lot of patience.
-
If you obtain the Yureyu key, go to the left side of the inside of the power plant. Unlock the door, kill the Electrode, save the game, and interact with the display screen. You won't be disappointed.
-
The Yureyu key unlocks two doors in shades power plant
This is true. Unlock the second door, kill all the electrode, and i'll leave what happens next as a surprise....

Use a Sturdy Magnezone with Thunder Wave and use it 3 times in a row(to get through the full heals). Then, use Gengar's Destiny Bond. That's what I did, probably the simplest solution to this battle. Or you could use Prankster Cottonee Leech Seed and a Sturdy Pineco and keep getting your HP back, as well as PP stalling. Those are the 2 solutions I know.
-
The episode was really good, although I wish the yureyu key unlocked more than one of those doors that you can't open...

Here's how I beat Arceus:
1. I used my Sturdy Magnezone's Thunder Wave to paralyze Arceus(3 times, he has 2 full heals)2. I used Gengar's Destiny Bond
I guess it's off to solve that strength puzzle now.

Okay, got the save file and was able to fix the crash- I did confirm it's with that ditto though, so I'll play around with that a little bit. For now, try not to lead with it
Alright, thanks a lot!

How do I do that?

Was it a hanging script error?
I think so. Here's the error log:
Script 'Interpreter' line 276: RuntimeError occured.

I posted this in Chrattac's topic too: if you want to ask for help because your game crashes in a specific plot-related situation, and in order to do so you need to explain the entire situation (like you just did, revealing to the world that at some point you get to fight El and he has an Arceus), please put the whole post in spoilers! You know, there are some people around who would have loved it to remain a suprise, the fact that you get to fight El I mean...
Yeah, I kinda thought so too... fixed now.

Is there some update I can download to get from ep 9 to 10, or do I have to download the whole thing?
Just download the new update and replace your old file with the new one.
-
I am attempting to use an imposter ditto to transform into Arceus when fighting El. However, the game crashes upon the text "Parson El sent out Arceus". I cannot switch up my party either, because the game is stuck in an infinite loop because it saved as I went into the battle. Also, when the script does load, the game simply crashes. FYI, the Ditto is my lead. Also, losing didn't work, it sent me back to Tanzan Cove, so I thought I had to win... don't I?
-
Please correct the grammar in this post, I had trouble figuring out what you are trying to say.

I'm excited for the progress of the story more than the Tauros thing... am I the only one?
-
I see nothing wrong with this team, it looks great. Looks like you put a lot of work into it
-
Well, as i'm waiting for episode 10 to come out(which should happen any day now), I'd like to know how well my team is balanced, how good the moves are, etc. My team info is in my signature. Looking forward to your feedback!

What? But doing this at night is the best part! I mean, when I first discovered it, I never knew THAT was going to happen... and that's something that I'll never forget, because I was really not expecting something like that to happen, and after that I just wanted to defeat that ghostly piece of sh*t for scaring me, lol.
Doing it at night was a big mistake for me. I swear my heart stopped for a split second when the screen started flashing.

I'd take set 1, since hypnosis doesn't always hit and a STAB shadow ball is more powerful than dream eater. The fact that shadow ball doesn't recover your HP is something you can get around, because Spiritomb has large bulk.
