As soon as I submitted this question, I found the answer myself. You do have a chance to get a shiny from a trade, regardless if the pokemon your trade is shiny or not. Also, you can see if the pokemon is shiny during the trade. For example, when you trade the Babarel for the Litleo, the Litleo wil look shiny if it is without checking the summary after the trade. Again, I hope this made sense...

I was just wondering if it's possible to get a shiny from a trade. For example, the guy that gives you Litleo, if I trade him a nonshiny or shiny Bibarel is there a chance I'd get a shiny Litleo? And if I can get a shiny, would I see it in the trade before having to check the summary? I hope this made sense...

Yup, I got more than I think I can use. Its just not there... Its rainy with thunder, I talked to the nerdy guy, standing at the fountain, but nothing.

So I know where to find Mudkip, I followed Nickaboo's video to a T. With that said, Mudkip isnt where it should be... Is it gone now? I've spent a few hours trying to find someone about it, but everything Ive seen mentioned of Mudkip seems to show that its still in game. Any help on finding this wonderful pokemon would be greatly appreciated. (Sorry for bad grammer, mispelled words, poor punctuation, any other flaws.)
