    My issue with Sun/Moon is that I would have to buy a Nintendo handheld to play them. But outside of Pokemon, there are't many Nintendo games I am interested in. And there is also the fact that Pokemon games have little to no replay value...

      You are so into JRPGs, have you tried FE and Bravely Default? Those two alone plus pokeman I would think are neough reasons for you to get a handheld.

      I think they have potential to have some replay value (you can get different Pokemon, maybe choose different story paths, try out sidequests) but they don't really pull that off well. Just as an example, some Pokemon that appear late in the game are almost never used: for example, Ursaring in HGSS or Braviary in White.

      Yeah, that is more or less my point Cyaloom. And Pyon, I remember playing the FE NDS games, but I didn't particularly like them. Dunno what Bravely Default is tho o.O
