    I am reading more reference material concerning D&D, and the creator of said material has these choice words to say about the Sorcerer: " In 5e, the source of your power does not have to be your mom’s wild night in college". I am not sure how I am supposed to comment this.

      Actually... that's kinda not correct Strat, Sorcerer's in D&D are entirely Bloodline based... it's just saying your Mother didn't like need directly bang a Dragon/Other Magical creature once cause science.
