      If needed, you can catch Lv 19 eevees in the wild that know baby-doll eyes

      Which is what I did during my previous play-through... But I did it by mere chance! I didn't know it was needed! Now I have grinded this good-natured Eevee (which I caught at level 20) to level 31 and maximum affection, there is no way I am catching another...
