      I've everything I've been recommended, Thunder Wave, False Swipe, Ghost, and plenty of Ultra and Timer Balls, it just keeps busting out until it starts Struggle and kills itself...

      If you happen to own something with spore, you could use sleep instead of paralysis to cripple it. Not only does sleep increase the catching chance more than paralysis, but you can actually prevent it from using take down, lose PP and eventually struggle, or at least rise your chances of it not being able to do so dramatically.
