i mean if it was accidentally released' your probably better off just leaving it be. Im sure the devs will bring out an update to it which will delete said pokemon from people's save files, so its probably not worth working towards.
that being said, if you do want that pokemon anyways, try asking someone like Mde. he is a dude i know which is pretty experienced with RPG maker and such~
