Hai der. It's recommended your sanity is decimated upon entry. That's why we offer you this nice incinerator. You should also get Pokemon Online, and come on the server. You don't have to battle, but a lot of Reborn is missed if you're not there. Anyways, if you have any questions, don't be afraid to PM me. I'm always willing to help.

Yep. You can downlevel your pokemon. So don't worry about it. Please just destory your sanity in a fiery blaze before you enter. You should also grab Pokemon Online and join on the server.
