Honestly, I thought this puzzle was rather tame compared to previous ones. It took me a while to realise that you could push the sleeping Crustle, but that was it. I didn't even need to ask here for help. I did it all by myself for once

I also had Pokesnax with me and it wasn't there. This is really odd. Maybe I found it ages ago and KO'd it, then forgot about it. That's all I can think of.

I think I've completed all the gang stuff. I joined the Magma gang, stole a Chinchou from the old woman, then drove the aqua gang out of their hideout and received a Houndour for it. Then the was another side bit where the Magma gang attack the old woman after she yells the pokemon dealer on 7th street. I've done that as well as battle the aqua leader in 7th street. That's all there is in gang side quests right?

So I'm standing in the Aqua Gang hideout at night when it's windy and there's no Murkrow. Is the list out of date or is there another condition to meet relating to storyline progress or something? And yes I'm definitely in the Aqua hideout in Lapis ward, just east of the orphanage.

I just rebattled a trainer called Gentleman Herbert. Before the battle he says " A new trainer? Allow me to introduce you to the nuances of battle." or something like that. Yeah I'm clearly a new trainer with this lvl 65 Typhlosion I picked up from the Grand Hall 5 minutes ago.

Just had another look and she's not there. I've spoken to everyone in Spinel Town. Is there a certain time/ weather condition for her to appear?

I'm trying to get the last Dept. Store sticker from the girl in Chrysolia Forest. I gave her the medicine and she said to go to her house but she never mentioned where she lives (or she did, but I missed it because the text was scrolling too fast or something). Does she live in Spinel Town or Reborn City? Or somewhere else altogether?

Well, I found the train with the driver's log in the Chrysolia Forest. So I have to go back there when it's windy right? As for the honey trees in Aventurine I left some Honey on one of them a while ago but I can't remember which one. Oh well. EDIT: Found it and I know how to clear the webs/logs now. I know the guy you're talking about but I already trade my "Rare Candy" for a Piplup. I don't suppose there's a way to get another one is there?

So I'm also looking for some sidequests after beating Luna and I'm having trouble exploring Route 1 and the Aventurine woods. The only thing I can find is the house full of Pikachu. I'm guessing there's more than that there but every other path seems to lead to a spiders web. Are these dead ends or is there a way through them? Also, where is the Mysidia Railcave? Is it the area with all the pipes with Aron on them? I've looked all over the map and for it and found a bunch of other side stuff like the Meteor grunt in Beryl graveyard and the spiritomb event in Byxbyzion and I still can't find it

I started another game last week and I beat his Crobat with a Butterfree of all things. He used Air Cutter on the first turn, Butterfree lived and hit it with a Stun Spore. The next turn he set up a Nastly Plot when he could have just KO'd Butterfree, the next turn he got paralyzed then on his last turn he missed the Air Cutter. Three Psybeams was enough to kill it, along with some dumb luck. I didn't anticipate beating it like that. I planned to have Butterfree paralyze it and do as much damage as possible while someone else cleaned it up.

Is this just after the first badge? If it is then the only other Fire types available at this point are the starters. I played this section a long time ago though so I don't remember it that well. I actually got the magby from this area. I guess one of the new episodes replaced with a Pansear. There is a Growlithe event coming up in the not too distant future but that's the best I can think of right now.

My team after beating Noel Blazer - Typhlosion, Lvl 54 My starter and team leader Moves Flamethrower - main STAB move Flame charge - in case I need a speed boost for some reason Lava Plume - Good for double battles or if I need to inflict a burn Swift - Yeah, Typhlosion doesn't really get any good moves apart from it's Fire type moves. Probat - Crobat, Lvl 50 My main physical sweeper, works well despite modest nature Moves Acrobatics - main STAB move Poison Fang - 2nd STAB move, ability to badly poison foes is also quite nice (even though I have other ways to spread toxic, so this move is kind of redundant. I might replace it with Cross Poison.) Bite - for dealing with Psychics and Ghosts (well I say that, but Acrobatics still does more unless they have a 2nd type which resists Flying moves, so again, kind of pointless to have. Flinch chance is decent though and works with Crobat's high speed. Confuse ray - confusion status is way more helpful in this game than most other games, also not missing Supersonics rocks. Milo Mk2 - Houndoom, Lvl 50 Mainly a special attacker, but has a few other roles. Moves Flamethrower - again, main Fire type attack Beat up - another STAB move, great for killing Lunatone and Solrock which I always had trouble with before Milo was on my team Shadow Ball - Turns out Houndoom doesn't learn Dark Pulse from levelling up and there's no TM for it in Gen 5. I suppose shadow ball is almost the same really. Roar - If someone gets too many boosts, just roar them out and undo all their work. HeapOfShit - Garbodor, Lvl 50 Toxic spreader, and evidence of my lack of nickname creativity. Moves Sludge Wave - main STAB Acid Spray - Usually use this first to lower opponent's Sp.Def. Toxic - for badly poisoning, obviously Toxic Spikes - Surprisingly effective strategy for gym leaders in my experience. Lead with Garbodor, set up two Toxic spikes, use toxic on their lead and just wait for the poison to wear them down. The fact that I used this for most previous major battles is probably partly why I struggled with Aya so much. Rapin'Ape - Primeape, Lvl 51 Physical attacker and partial HM slave Moves Cross Chop - main STAB move Thrash - Only slightly weaker than Cross Chop and more accurate Rock Smash - Actually somewhat decent for a HM because of the occasional Defense drop. Strength - Decent move but no real use when I have Thrash. Only used as a HM. Top Gear - Klingklang, Lvl 52 Newest member of my team, very helpful for beating Noel Moves Gear Grind - main STAB move, especially good for breaking rock types with Sturdy. Shift Gear - Turns Top Gear into a great sweeper after just one use. Charge Beam - Ability to raise special attack makes Top Gear a good mixed attacker Discharge - Decently powerful after one or two Charge Beam boosts.

So right now I'm looking for a Corphish with Adaptability. I know I can find Corphish by smashing rocks on Apophyll Beach, but can I find them with their hidden ability?

Favourite Pokemon LPers for me would be Haydunn and shofu (who introduced me to this game). "Why does this little ass girl have a Salamence, and I'm stuck over here with a goddamn level 5 Rattata?" That line made me laugh so hard when I first heard it for some reason. Other Youtube channels I like are Roosterteeth and Simon & Lewis YOGSCAST.

So that's why I was getting flinched. I was sitting there thinking "Tail Slap doesn't cause flinching, surely. Does it have Stench? It must have Traced it from my Garbodor? No, it has Skill Link. WTF is going on?" I seriously didn't figure it out, I'm dumb. Anyway, my hardest battle so far has been Aya. After losing to her 3 times, I went out into the wasteland, caught a Cubone grinded it up to lvl 40 and put it in the front of my party. Only after the battle started I remembered she led with a Tentacruel, which KO'd Marowak on the first turn, but I somehow still won. Also, Noel looks quite hard. I've only battled him once and he swept me with a Swellow with Guts, holding a Flame Orb using Facade. I use a Taillow with this setup for Little Cup battles on Pokemon Showdown so I know how powerful it is, and that without a steel type, I'm probably not gonna win. I've always wanted to use a Klink, maybe this is my chance.

Yeah I've just went back in there and saw one of the trees disappear, that didn't happen last time. Also, is there a glitch with the move Sucker Punch? I got hit by it while switching in, I thought it only worked if you actually attack your opponent. Thanks for the quick reply btw.

Hi everyone, So I started playing Reborn about a week ago after I saw shofu's playthrough and thought it looks really cool, but I have a question. I've made up to the forest area after going to Laura's house withe the kids from the orphanage and can't find a path through the trees. I don't know if I should be asking this here or make a new thread for it but could anyone tell me how to get through the forest please? Outside of Pokemon, I've been playing Fire Emblem: Awakening a lot lately and I also like other strategy games like Roller Coaster Tyconn, Railroad Tycoon etc.
