I really don't like being involved in these conflicts, but I feel like I need to speak up: Antares, for one thing, I really appreciate that you are interested in this RP. Believe me, though, you're not the only one. Like you, we have all asked whether our PCs could be both Trainer/Breeder, Trainer/Coodinator, be teacher assistants, etc. Chimchain has, politely, told us "no." We respected that and dropped it. I understand that you want your character to stand out, but you could make your character stand out without having to resort to getting authority. You said you have raised 4 cousins, which makes you mentally capable of handling the younger students, but also uncomfortable with playing as a 15 year old. While raising 4 cousins is admirable, it should not be a reason to say "I deserve to play a teacher/mentor role." I am actually playing a character that is outside of my comfort zone. Not only am I not outgoing like Danielle, who is white and can speak French and teases the hell out of people, Danielle is also 7 years younger than me. That's right, I'm shy like Lana, is Asian and can speak Chinese... And I'm 22 years old. Second, role models do not have to be older characters. They can be students or even Pokemon. You could play as a 15 year-old student who has experience with children, like yourself, which would make your character more mature and it would still achieve the same result as having a alumni/professor while still enjoying the benefits of all of the events taking place. There are many ways to make a character stand out without taking the reins.

Danielle mimicked Alastair's careful steps as she decided to approach the horde of dragons. Once she was by his side, she kneeled down in order to be at eye level with the baby dragons. Their playful squeals and cries made Danielle go all fluffy and warm inside. As the Gibles, Druddigons and the Trapinches frolicked in the sand, the coordinator in training turned to Alastair. "Sir, if one of them does decide to approach us, is it okay if we give them some food?" Avis had leaped off of Danielle's shoulder to observe them from the ground. The sand feels funny between her feet, but it's nice and warm unlike rocks and dirt. Avis hopped a little farther towards the dragons, though still keeping a respectable distance, before she gave a small cry as a greeting.

I want to say 5 feet, 7 inches (I think that's a little over 165 cm). Surprisingly, the average French woman is around 5 feet, 5 in. or 164 cm so I just took the liberty to use my height for her xD (Yes, I'm considered tall for an Asian woman, I get it)

The heat is also not making things easier for her to cool off right away. 'Well, since the others will have to stop now, I might as well go for a Rest to get back up to speed... Actually, no, Aqua Ring will do, just in case something goes amiss. Plus, it's prettier anyway.' Nivia's eyes turned blue as the ground beneath her trembled slightly. Soon, water began gushing upwards and formed itself into rings around the Dewgong's body. Hopefully, by the time things get settled, I'll be back to sliding around again.'

After what seemed like 10 minutes, Nivia was feeling the strain from maintaining the Ice Beam for so long. The white-bluish orb that was shining brightly on her horn is now growing dimmer and dimmer with each passing second. 'Gah... I can't keep this up for much longer. As much as I hate to admit it, I'm at my limit.' Channeling her remaining bits of strength into her Ice Beam, Nivia blasted a longer ice path in order to give the others time to prepare. "Ladies and gentlemen, prepare for landing! I can't carry you any further than this." she called to the party behind her. Once she reached the end of her slippery pathway, Nivia flopped over to the side to allow the others to get off (and so that she won't get run over by a horde of humans and Pokemon). 'So much for an easy way out. This is so annoying... Now I need to make a Plan B.' she thought as she put her head down on the heated earth, with small cloud of dust billowing around her as she panted.
