  1. Surge, props for using Jolteon. I look forward to seeing you use him/her!
  2. Danielle waved goodbye as the redhead, Kristen, walked over to Evan and Henry. "Well, that makes two of them to accuse me of being a flirt. Only Kristen is more entertaining..." Danielle, with a shrug, began walking back a few yards to get some alone time with Avis, who was fuming with anger. However, she stayed near the other students in case something goes awry. "Chill out, Avis. If Kristen wasn't pissed off at my response, she wouldn't have gone over to Evan and Henry to deal with me." she whispered. Avis blinked at her master in surprise. "Yes, I saw your initial reaction. Just keep doing what you do best; all of the pieces will fall in line, eventually." Danielle then looked back at the crowd who are playing with the dragons before letting out a defeated sigh. She actually felt lonely without her girl friends or guy friends... And Slade as well. Kristen didn't take her seriously when Danielle made her remarks but all of what the brunette said really came from the bottom of her heart. Deep down, Danielle, like Jacob, already knew the outcome. After all, if Slade did reciprocate her feelings, then why didn't he say anything after all of this time? It was pretty obvious to everyone else so, surely, he felt something if he was attracted to her. The only conclusion she could come up with was the most painful one: He simply didn't like her. She finally put on her sunglasses that were sitting on her head the whole time and stared into the earth below her feet, attuning herself to this sandy area to cleanse her thoughts. Unbeknownst to everyone but her Murkrow, a few tears were forming behind her eyes. 'Danielle is tougher than I thought. Although I can't say she's handling it too well.' Avis only looked back at the three humans by the Gible every once in a while as she contemplated on what to do with her master. She has seen Danielle go through this phase back in Laverre City and, if her memory serves her right, it is best to leave her alone in peace. It was still surprising to see that Danielle was actually truthful about her relationship with Slade. After all of those years, Avis could pick up those small hints in Danielle's tone that signaled that she was serious about the subject at hand. Avis only gave her a pat on the back before looking around her. Avis then heard Henry giving a strange speech to Kristen, tilting her head side to side. Something is off... Since when did Henry help out so easily? Avis nudged her master to try and alert her. Little did she know, Danielle was already interpreting the speech as dangerous. The only thing she did that was visible was wipe her tears from behind her sunglasses before she stroked Avis' wing with an extra tap at the end. The tap, however, was unseen.
  3. The small crystals of ice and water pelted Nivia harmlessly. In fact, she seemed to be enjoying the brief chill and smiled a little. "Well, nevermind the fire then," she mumbled without budging an inch. It was when that human girl with the gun - those guns - that made the Dewgong tense up. She was ready to fire a Water Pulse when the girl pulled out a few berries and, awkwardly, held them out to her. 'At least she didn't try to shoot me.' Nivia finally lifted her head back up to take a sniff at them. 'I don't smell any poison on them, and they do look like those that my human used to give me...' Before taking a bite, however, she turned to the human's two Pokemon partners. "Hey, your master isn't going to use those to sell my coat right?"
  4. “Oooh, how cute! Almost as cute as Slade, don’t you think? Too bad we’re not in the same group, I would’ve loved to get to know him better.” Danielle continued petting the Trapinches and the Druddigons, considering her next move. Over in the distance, she saw Henry with Evan; she sensed Avis' suspicious glances at Henry when she had moved to the baby dragons. "Easy, Avis. It's nothing," Danielle spoke softly to her Murkrow, partially as a response to her suspicions and partially to quell Avis' anger. The coordinator in training slowly got up from her position to avoid startling the babies. She watched them scurry over to the next student before facing the redhead. A small, sad smile was on her face. "You're quite wrong, actually. The Pokemon are the cutest of all; I liked Slade for reasons other than that... Reasons that I don't even know myself... I'll be happy to introduce you to him. If it's meant to be, perhaps it's for the best that I leave us the way it is. Who knows? Maybe you will fit him better than I ever can." ------------------------------ Avis looked at her master in shock. She's giving up on Slade? Oh no, no, no; not on this Murkrow's watch. This is not the Danielle she knows... Wait, not the Danielle she knows... Avis continued with her facade, crowing indignantly at the redhead for making her master feel "sad."
  5. I have an idea on how to set Danielle's encounter with Mawile, she just needs Devin to show her where a cave would be. The rest (redhead trying to sabotage, etc) is left up to you to decide!
  6. "You just had to let the cat out of the bag, huh Henry?" Danielle grinned at Henry's first comment. "Believe me, though, you're not insufferable to be around with, so stop demeaning yourself. I have learned some stuff from you, so I actually shouldn't be accepting your offer---" At that point, her berry suddenly disappeared. Seeing that there is no other Pokemon that could react that quickly (not even Avis), Danielle could guess it was Gypsy. Avis was also looking at her hand forlornly, as if her dinner was taken away from her. "Especially since you taught me quite a number of things already, like not waving a berry around when Gypsy is here. You have my gratitude, regardless~ On that note," she turned to the redhead, "It looks like the food I have is not poisonous after all~ Otherwise, why would my Murkrow here look so sad. So, don't worry your pretty little head about it~ Come on, Henry, I'm going to head over a little further up. Join me if you want." With that, she walked carefully to the sandy area and knelt down, waiting for some dragons to come around.
  7. I approve this message. There will probably be more coming, especially when Mawile comes into the picture. (Hint: IV = Loves Likes to fight.) I'm planning on getting him when she is in Devin's group, so Chim, you can prepare for it. Don't worry about it, she probably has more of them (and she didn't even reveal her Sitrus berries yet). It makes it perfect for Danielle to be more sassy.
  8. 'Wow, Evan does have a soft side.' Danielle thought before she was rudely interrupted by a snarky voice from behind. When she got up to take a better look at the person, she found that it was the same redhead from before. Danielle didn't look phazed at her hateful smirk, however. This isn't as bad as she had it with the elders; in fact, Danielle was amused. "You must tell me how you do it. Even I couldn't make enemies this quickly." Danielle turned to her other side to find an amused Henry. 'Well, this is a surprise. Might as well take the chance to amuse him as well as myself.' "Oh Henry! Isn't it obvious? It's my impeccable charm of course! The more people you talk to, the more enemies you make! It balances out, you see?~" Danielle giggled before turning to her redheaded acquaintance. "My dear ginger friend, since you are sooo worried about them being poisoned..." she pulled out an Oran berry and waved it in her face. "Perhaps you would like to be a test subject? Mind you, I did purchase them from the Academy so if you did get poisoned, well, you will have to sue the Academy then~" Avis had flown back onto Danielle's shoulder to give a hateful glare of her own to the redhead. Honestly, is this "Hate on My Master Day" or something?
  9. Wow, what did I miss when I was eating breakfast?! I'm quite flattered that you think she would win.
  10. @Zephyr: Yes, I am. Although my Chinese isn't the greatest. I could only speak it >.<
