Clear Smog can get rid of its boosts, so I guess that can be an alternative.

Do you not have the choice to just use it? Are you playing on 9.5?

You just give it to them outside of battle like you would a potion.

And once you mess up cradily with your other pokemon, send in monferno to finish the job.

Go buy some common candy at the candy store, it lowers a pokemons level by one. Really helpful in these situations.

Monferno is fantastic for this gym, use it to take out the weaker pokemon Flora has. Pacherisu if it has thunderwave than that'd be great. Zubat sounds like a great pokemon for this gym. Try and use Scraggy for its low kick to weaken Cradily(I used that, and it worked out pretty well.) Overall, the team seams like it could work well, just try different kinds of strategies and hopefully they work out.

Only downside with that is the attack boost, personally I'd go with an Oddish or Bellsprout as a staller, dat sleep powder.
