  1. Chill King D It's all in good fun. We'll go back to Pokémon soon enough I do agree with what you said about Michiru and Haruka (Neptune and Uranus), but in the Japanese versions their motives are more clearly defined. I guess I don't like all the changes that DiC, and then Cloverway, made to the show, which is why I follow most of the Japanese canon.
  2. Bad news, its typing might suck
  3. Good news: It actually doesn't look that bad, now that I've had another look at it with better artwork
  4. Noel was actually one of the easier gym leaders for me, it only took me two tries to beat him. With your team, I think you'll do ok against Aya, just watch out for one of her Pokémon. With that Alakazam, you'd have 4x super effective hit against it, but it's bloody fast.
  5. Ooh, that's such a tough call! Saturn is definitely one of my faves, even though you don't see her much. And while Ami and Michiru are up there as well (Mercury and Neptune), I think my true favorite is Rei (Mars). She has so much attitude it's just awesome. I wish they had given Mercury some offense to balance her mostly defensive powers, and Neptune ends up as an antagonist at least twice. I'd prefer if she just kept with the protagonists
  6. Right. But a part of that also deals with learning to strategize how pokemon that are weak against the type given can win; it's what gym leaders do when at a type disadvantage. They'd kinda be turning the tables, testing strategy and how someone else would do pulling off what they do. It could help trainers grow immeasurably as well. Of course, it's only an idea, so it's cool if it's not popular ^^
  7. Well, also for gym battles, suppose there were a goal of some sort that a trainer needed to pass (a one on one battle where a Pokémon with a severe type disadvantage wins)
  8. Good news: Everyone has forgotten about the design of the new rabbit Pokémon.
  9. You got me Josh, blue is my favorite color. Umm... Sister's name would be Tayler. She's kind, always up to date on the newest trends in fashion, and tends to be the tiniest bit VERY superficial. Reaction to JANINE: Your skills are awesome!! (looks up to her because of the control and skill she has as a ninja) For gym battles, we can have one person winning the badge on behalf of everyone, like King D said, but what about challenges? Like things from the Orange Islands implemented in unique ways, or just to test morals as trainers? Team Horizon: In addition to Spearow and Voltorb, what about Diglett, Tentacool, and/or Weedle?
  10. People went through the coding to find what was left over but not completely removed. Tamashii Hiroka is doing a series on what's in the alpha and beta, and how it differs from the version we have. I don't know if it helps at all, but the pic I gave is from Bulbapedia
  11. It's unlikely, but with GameFreak, they've shown us that anything is possible.
  12. This item was found in the beta version of Black 2 and White 2. Others have speculated that it unlocks Kyurem's true form; my theory is that it was supposed to be used to help unlock Megaevolutions in Gen 5, but they decided against it and waited.
  13. Remember how the God Stone was found as an unused item in the scripts on White 2 and Black 2? What if that was suppose to be the Mega Stone, but they weren't confident about it for fifth gen?
  14. Aya was soooo difficult. I had to train up a Lanturn (which took a permanent spot on my team), a Glameow (now a Purugly), and a Graveler.
  15. I love most of them. The designs are great, and I think they're going to add a great twist to gameplay
  16. Talk is cheap.

  17. Nice guess on the articuno, that is my favorite legendary bird! Also, it's totally cool if others have nicknames for my pokemon, I just never could do it.
  18. There's a Primeape, found as a Mankey and sometimes switched in to give Persian a break when it's at a major disadvantage. Electabuzz that was met at the PowerPlant, also occasionally swapped in to help. Vileplume, found as an Oddish outside of Saffron in dire need of treatment and in rotation as well. Marowak, caught as a Cubone in Lavender that had just lost its mother and was in need of a family, on rotation. I'd like Omanyte please^^
  19. Also, under reactions for my character, I have how I react to you, Josh, but not to King D. So... Reactions pt. 2: Dwayne- chuckles at flirting and smooth talking
  20. Nice XD Nah, King D didn't pressure me at all. He just told me that you were looking for characters, and said I should check it out. All are first form Pokémon except for Alakazam and Gengar, unless there's some sort of evolution item for them. Otherwise, Kadabra is traded for a Butterfree, and evolves as a trade evo, and then Haunter is traded with a close friend and then back again. If there is an evolution item for trade evolutions, then they're received first stage. Squirtle is with me from the beginning, and isn't given by Prof. Oak. Pidgey is found on the way to Viridian. Caterpie (temp) is found in Viridian Forest. Growlithe is befriended in Pewter, captured at Mt. Moon. Gastly/Haunter is found in home in Vermillion. Meowth is sent by her sister when her sister finds out that she can start her journey, obtained in Celadon. Abra/Kadabra is obtained when Butterfree is traded in Fuschia.
  21. I loved Byxbysion because of the Lavender Town theme remix, and it was a cool puzzle to navigate, sort of like a maze. I didn't care for the Slums, but I really like the Pokémon event battles like the Scraggy gang, Nuzleaf tribe, and the Steelix battle. Those make an area that much more exciting to me.
