One nice thing reguarding charizard is that he has 2 abilities he will have access to... and venausaur with the ability to switch between both thick fat and cloraphyll in the heat of battle? That's awesome!

But I agree with renzo about the not outclassing ninetails thing... unless they intoduce something else in gen 6 that says otherwise

Tyranitar and Hippowdon are both very bulky, so it's not really a battle of power vs bulk for them. However, that is the case for Charizard and Ninetales. The thing about weather is that you won't always be able to spin, and on sun teams where a spinner is needed the most, it can be a huge problem. Having your weather Pokemon 4x weak to rocks just won't cut it in OU. Ninetales barely functions as it is.

Spoiler alert Nintails doesn't actually function... snow is better than sun imo
