After you beat Abra, and the dude tell you to leave, what do you do?

This question is mostly targeted at ame, but is there any way to change the controls? I'm running this on an ipad which doesn't have arrow keys...

Just a thought, what about stat points? Pokemon gain more points in their final evolution, and would it be worth it to evolve a pokemon, then level it down again for some easy points?
