Why stars instead of me?

Pretty much a tie between Gardevoir and Rawrchomp, Gardevoir because Gossip gardevoir is awesome , and Rawrchomp because it looks cool, great in battle, and we need moar dragons

Heart Scale tutors just relearn moves, and moves like that which are only accessible on some Pokemon by this means in the games have such moves listed under lvel up, in the pokedex and on Bulbapedia. So technically Heart Scale moves are legal.If people are unsure, they can just go to [url="http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Main_Page"]Bulbapedia[/url] and look under by level up in the learnest. Examples: Hippowdon can use Fire Fang, Scizor can use Bullet Punch
