2. Well hey, Yu-gi-oh card games survived their time despite the bazillion GBA repeat-games that kept popping out like an increase in China's population... I don't think I'd play a new TCG game for Pokemon though. I really enjoyed it with the original cards, which I also owned and played with, and thus knew a lot about. It wouldn't be as fun with a million cards.
3. You've heard some of this at MP already...and you'll probably read it again there, because I might decide that I'm frustrated enough to post it twice. ---(times a lot) My dad called home from this office this morning. I made the mistake of being the one to answer the phone because my mom was otherwise occupied at the time, and thus I ended up being the one stuck coming down to the office to help him out. He was having some sort of problem with his email not transferring to his desktop from another computer, and he's been so swamped with work that he needed someone to come down and sort it out for him. ---(cont) So I trekked down to the office, and Dad briefly went over what it was he wanted me to do. He was getting emails to his little computer but needed them back on his desktop, only they weren't being sent there directly like he wanted. I was tasked with forwarding all of his email from the past few days from the little computer to his own email address, which was supposedly now set up to go to his desktop instead. I was also supposed to do a few other little things, but those don't really matter right now. --I began my task around 8:00 this morning. -I had to forward the emails one at a time because -Forwarding them in bulk didn't work, -probably partially due to the fact that Dad uses Microsoft Outlook, --which is an icky program to begin with. +Sent Dad two test emails at the start of the process, both of which he received. + Finally finished the task around 11:30. - Went in to tell Dad I was finished, - only to find out that he hadn't received anything since the test emails ----- which meant that everything I had done for the past three and a half hours was null and void. - Really, the only thing I can do about it is start over from the beginning, --- but I really don't have time to do that because + I have line dancing at 1:15 +/- and I'd like to eat lunch before I go (though maybe it's just optional, I guess) -- so I can't finish this before I have to leave, if it took 3 hours the first time...
4. I lovelovelovelove Pokemon Snap. -has been advocating a sequel/remake to the Wii for years- I remember Hey You, Pikachu! being fun when I was younger, but when I tried replaying it a few years ago it kinda just made me yell at Pikachu in frustration because it couldn't (or wouldn't, the sneaky devil) comprehend anything I tried to tell it to do. Mom came down a few times when I first started playing it again, trying to figure out what I was shouting at... XD I loved Puzzle Challenge, too. I think I would play it again if I could remember where it and my GBA were (just kidding, I totally know where it is. It's just a matter of remember what I did with my GBA). The Pokemon Trading Card Game rocked my socks off. =3 I was a whiz at that game. Man, this totally makes me want to play it again. Pokemon Pinball...Eh. I have it, and it was alright, but it got as repetitive as most pinball games do these days, unless you're playing them in real life. Mystery Dungeon... Well, I have it, but I haven't really gotten into it. At all. It kept telling me I was a Skitty. >.>
5. I know I've seen the movies up to the one with Celebi in it. I think I also saw the Jirachi movie. Just as with the Pokemon episodes, I stopped watching after Misty left. >.> I loved the first three movies, and don't remember much of Mewtwo Strikes Back (if I've ever actually seen it, since sometimes I doubt that I have), though I'd like to watch it [again] some time. I was kind of bored with the Celebi one, too, probably because Misty twisted her ankle and, therefore, remained behind. (That was my first hint of foreshadowing...) Maybe I'll watch the others one day, but I dunno. I'm just not that enthused. Oh, and: lookie.
6. I can't, really, because I know that I couldn't come up with those Pokemon if I tried. So I have to at least give them props for that, even though I think it's practically like they've run out of ideas. There are a few Pokemon from each generation that I love, though.
7. I'm not a fan of most of them, except for the fox one (which I guess is the first two?). I think their designs are being stretched because no one can come up with anymore original designs...and I've seen a ton of cooler Fakemon.
8. I just want to see some of the new Pokemon... =D And maybe a video of one of the battles in action. I want to be surprised completely by the new games when they come out, pretty much.
9. Well I think it would be fun, for an entire change of pace, if we played a game that still incorporated the ideas I had in my last one...but instead of going out for badges, we could be like officer Jenny and try to hunt down Team Rocket's headquarters (among other things) in order to stop their evil plot. =D And the game could have multiple endings, including the option to lose~.
10. All I want is a darker plot. >.> Or at least. a more competent bad guy. I would absolutely love to see a game where the version of Team Rocket actually knew what they were doing and really gave me a run for my money. Heck, I'd take super-tough team rocket grunts attempting to beat me down over a Pokemon rival any day. ...I'd also love to see, in the same sort of game, a way so that if you lost certain battles, you wouldn't just 'white out and scurry back to the Pokemon center'; instead, it'd be a plot device and would just make things tougher. Like when you're fighting Team Rocket in the radio tower. If you lose to a grunt or an executive... Well, then instead of miraculously being allowed to leave and go heal your Pokemon in order to come back for a second attempt, you wake up in a holding cell somewhere and have to complete some sort of in-game related puzzle to get out. Or something. I haven't thought about it too in-depth...
