Halo CE's campaign was dull, to me. I usually get bored at about The Silent Cartographer. The games campaign didn't age well at all.

Halo 2 was incomplete, and poorly written. It had funny moments, but otherwise most of the game felt like a disappointment.

And, Reach was amazing. Disregarding it is, in my opinion, kind of stupid.

Yeah but all the rest of the characters were incredibly blech. Not one of them was interesting. The Didact had zero character development either.

Well, the Didact was an already established character. They didn't push the novels hard for no reason, dude.

And, I enjoyed most of the characters. I found them more interesting than many of the past characters.
