If you expect someone in customer service to take verbal insults and harassment, because it's "their job." You're part of the god damn problem. It is not ANYONE in customer service's job to take shit from someone. People who work customer service are NOT doormats to be walked on whenever someone is having a bad day, or are in general a horrible person. This "customer is always right" mentality is nothing but bullshit, no one has the right to demean or insult ANYONE...
