Notice requirement 1 and 3, and while you do fulfill a bit of 3, the single paragraph you gave isn't very much to go off of, as you hardly detail counters/checks to your team or what specifically your team counters well, etc.
W/e, I guess a Mod should have to tell you this.

...I kind of agree that Weather is being overestimated here a bit. While the tier would be pretty nice to have... just prepare for Weather better. I would provide a stronger, longer argument here, but that's all that I should need, honestly. If you don't want to play against Weather, set up a friendly match with your friends and just don't ladder. The ladder is filled with people that just want to get to the top so they use what seems to work best, and that's usually Weather. Therefore, if you just play with a friend that you know won't/is not us(e, ing) Weather, you'll get along much smoother.

Scrotom + Therian core.
Scizor + Rotom-W + Thundurus-T + Tornadus-T
Availability to double U-Turn and double Volt Switch. Thundurus' Volt Absorb and Scizor/Rotom's typings remove all weaknesses from Tornadus-T. Tornadus-T can hit 375 Speed (even with HP Ice, I have a method of getting it there, if you're curious, just ask) which outspeeds Alakazam and Dugtrio. Thundurus' Modest SpAtk evens with Chandelure at 427. In Rain, Hurricane on Tornadus and Thunder on Thundurus make them unstoppable.

You really shouldn't be mad that you're a normal type, because ironically, it is the most abnormal type of all! Normal types tend to make their own rules, and have strong attacks. Transform, color change, return, explosion, hyper beam... THey have no resistances, and aren't super effective against any type! So they're pretty interesting (ghost types being the only thing that don't affect normal types, and aren't affected by normal moves in return. the only two types to share this kind of relationship) And actually, I think rayquaza is the king of the sky....or Ho-oh.
