Here how this goes: Each member can only do themselves.....Not anyone else. Here's the platform and blah bah bah. The tiers could go from NFE to Uber or Ban (mostly wobba's cataglory). You can have your and create your own ability, TMs and moves. Also, Base stats can't go pass 600 and No max stats. Other users can comment about your stuff, but to keep Ame off my back, No Trolling and Flaming of any kind. This is gotta be one of the best moveset I made so far. Whirl~
