speaking of testing, ive been doing a massive amount of testing with midrange hunter decks. it's surprising how quickly the games go as compared to the very very old midrange deck. ive also been intrigued by hybrid hunter. a sort of aggro-oriented midrange deck. it's fun but i havent exactly nailed the decklist yet.

buff paladin could work really nicely with these two imo. blessing of kings or might and they get megavalue!!

i think that's the point tbh. if they added a new mechanic that completely overshadowed all the other cards we have then why even use the ones we do get? most of the inspire cards get value 2-3 turns in the future so i think only a handful of them will be used. most are not exactly sticky minions a la belchers or creepers. if widespread use of them does occur, however, i feel like the meta would swing even more toward aggro so players can clear cards.

list of all cards revealed so far. (if you dont feel like watching huk's vids.) also i want to pose a question to you all: what do you think of stampeding kodo? it has plenty of great uses and many cards with >2 health can be taken out fairly easily just by playing the card and the 3/5 body can be useful in taking out various minions (shredder mostly). all that aside i feel that it's hugely situational and dependent on what deck your opp is running. ultimately i think it'll play out how dragons from brm did. they look amazing on paper but they wont completely dominate the meta in the way people think they will pre-release.

okay well i was getting smashed by face hunters on ladder so i decided to try out flamewaker mage and i havent lost since. it does so consistently well vs aggro it's ridiculous. decent matchups vs control too because of the amount of burst damage you can put out. i'd suggest everyone who is losing to those pesky face hunters to try it out

atm im loving kibler's dragon mage. super strong at all points of the game and once you gain a tiny bit of control there's no stopping your board (twisting nether aside...). new expansion is gonna by hype but just like huk said, some cards will be utter garbage when theyre actually released lol

handlock and control warrior are buffed with frost giant. not too sure about how warrior could fit it in but it'd be a solid card!!

new expansion time boys!!!!!! i cant link bc im lazy (on mobile) so just look at it on reddit or something! new mechanic INSPIRE looks to grant minions bonuses when you use your hero power. many shaman buffs and an all new mage card that seemingly lets you use your hero power as much as you want. new cards that can augment your hero power as well (1 cost, +1 dmg, etc.) honestly i think this might put hearthstone to magic levels of unbalance. (or at least start the snowball.) will we need to specify certain rulesets now? will these new cards be nerfed upon release? hope fully before for sure. im very excited for the shaman buffs as well. also im almost through with brm i will finally be able to make dragons pally!!!!!

im so glad i chose the school i did because we're all nerds and a ton of people play hearthstone (not to mention every other game under the sun lol) it's great because we're already planning tours!!!

personally, i only use 1-2 decks throughout an entire season so 9 deck slots isnt much of anissue for me :_:
