hello! sorry to bother but i came over this bug that is not letting me advance in the game because i can t use surf here in the tower of theolia even though i have bith surf and the golden surfboard, can u pls help me, thanks a lot!!

does anybody have this bug in pokemon rejuvenation?? i m in the tower of theolia and in the first room where i'm supposed to used surf to advance i can t interact with the water? can anybody give me any tips?? i have both surf and the golden board but can t do nothing
