This is an updated (Remove Level Caps & Disobedience) mod that I was able to put together for Pokemon Reborn 19.5.3, please follow the instructions below.
------ Below is a version of the (Remove Level Caps & Disobedience) mod for the latest version of Pokemon Reborn 19.5.3
- Download the Pokemon Reborn 19.5 base game - Reborn Download - Reborn Evolved
- Run the Reborn Exe and update the game to version 19.5.3
- Exit the game
- Download this mod that removes level caps and removes disobedience - https://www.mediafire.com/file/is5rozi7bu41c0x/Remove_Level_Caps_and_Disobedience_Mod_19.5.3.zip/file
- Extract the zip file
- Drag all files from the "Remove Level Caps and Disobedience Mod 19.5.3" folder (should be the Scripts folder) into your "Reborn-19.5.0-windows" folder
- Windows will prompt you to replace files, ensure you allow the replacing of files
- Run the Reborn Exe once more
- Mod should be successfully installed

- Download the Pokemon Reborn 19.5 base game - Reborn Download - Reborn Evolved
- Run the Reborn Exe and update the game to version 19.5.3

- Follow the Pokemon All Gen Install instructions found here - Instructions
- Download this mod that removes level caps and removes disobedience for Pokemon Reborn All Gen - https://www.mediafire.com/file/903iarqi42j2f2t/Remove+Level+Caps+and+Disobedience+Mod+19.5.3+ALL+GEN.zip/file
- Extract the zip file
- Drag all files from the "Remove Level Caps and Disobedience Mod 19.5.3 ALL GEN" folder (Should be the Scripts and patch folders) into your "Reborn-19.5.0-windows" folder
- Windows will prompt you to replace files, ensure you allow the replacing of files
- Run the Reborn Exe once more
- Mod should be successfully installed
