Cannot have access to the part 3 of Missing children

I've already finished the .Karma Files and tried doing it but the door says "Locked.". -
Hello ! So before the 13.5 update I finished the second part of Missing Children. I updated my game and all, but Dylan's house in Kristilline won't open and him and Ana are nowhere to be found. Did I miss something?
