I would love to teach this move to Sylveon but apparently the technical machine is not incorporated in the game. Is there any other way to teach Sylveon this move? Either through a mod or by Debug mode?

The most interesting thing I have is a "Shiny Meowth (black)" It's not long since I started playing and I would love to train an Eevee from the beginning of the adventure. If someone had an extra Eevee that is not in use, I would appreciate it.
