Where do you get the Good Rod?

I was searching the forums earlier and people were mentioning that its in Spinel Town however I have yet to find it. If it helps I'm at the part where I have to fight Noel. I'm pretty sure I've searched every single house in Spinel and still havent found it yet.

It should be at the first house you see in Spinel Town. Not in the forest, but within the actual city limits. It's a house without anyone in it, but does hold the item. At least, this is how it was in Episode 10/10.5.

in the city where the ice gym leader is. i,m pretty sure its the first house you cross by.

yeah i ended up finding it after further investigation. on another note, what the hell is up with these heart scale rates? Are they like 5% cause i've gotten 9 luvdiscs and nothing yet..... are they glitched?

Nope. Ame was like: "You know what, these people are getting too much heart scales. DENIED!"

...Basically, she changed the rate. It used to be 50% iirc, but now it should be around 5%-15% of chance to find it in Luvdiscs.

That's why i go back to ep9 if i am in need of them...they got 50% chance there
