Save File Crash on Load

I'm running into a game-breaking crash in version 14.0.8 and wanted to see if there's a known workaround for this specific trigger.

Whenever I try to load my current save file, the game crashes immediately during the loading screen with this error: Exception: NoMethodError Message: undefined method 'maxBoxes' for nil:NilClass
this happen when i'm playing as melia in the pearl route

This looks like a save corruption issue rather than a normal v14.0.8 bug. The maxBoxes for nil:NilClass error usually means the game can't find the PC storage data when loading the save. Since it happens during the Melia Pearl Route section, a story event may have failed to properly initialize the player data.

First, make a backup copy of your save folder. Then try loading an older save from before the Melia section to confirm whether the issue is tied to that event. If older saves work, your current save will probably need to be repaired with a save editor or fixed by someone familiar with Rejuvenation's internal data.
