Rejuvenation save files not appearing in save folder

So yeah, basically I open the save folder and some save files are showing up (the really old ones from before I even beat the First gym and the newest ones, after the 7th Gym, everything in between seems gone), how do I fix this?

Also if for whatever reason I need to delete this and post It some where else just let me know, I'm new to this and really bad with technology

You might want to double-check whether Rejuvenation is pointing to a different save directory than you expect. Some versions use Saved Games or AppData instead of the main game folder.
