I just saved the woman from the Team Rocket spin-off goofballs and now I don't know which Pokemon to pick. Help!? Well, I choose Igglybuff, but which one is truly better? Both of their movesets are kind of weak and are really dependent on TM's. Since many of the best TM's aren't available yet in the game, I wouldn't use either, but it's up to you.
