Yeah your supposed to not like him but...you just don't like him, maybe if they made him more gentlemanly and suave, and also made him more of a threat between Fry and Leela, at least he'd be like someone your supposed to hate and at least be a decent character. Yeah I know he's a star trek spoof of Kirk or someone...but my god...he's STILL annoying. You're gonna get a dick for every 2 mooks. Besides, the show in general isn't meant to run with an over arching story.
