Keep getting Pokerus message everytime I use the Pokecenter

Title says it. The curious thing is none of my team members even has the Pokerus. It started happening after I used the Nurse Joy in the HoH to set one of my mons IV to 31. I specifically selected "No" during the Pokerus question and ever since I get the Nurse Joy interarction everytime I heal.
