Can't progress Karma Files

Tbh I'm not entirely sure this belongs here, but I can't progress the karma files after "A light of family." The gliscor with Ryland's letter isn't showing up afterwards; and I was wondering if this is a bug or perhaps this is where the Karma files end for now. Thx in advance

Enter the Gallery in Alamissa. There are two different story options for this segment.
