From what I read from past forums, Masuda method isn't possible as reborn doesn't have a difference in game languages/regions. The shiny rate for reborn is already quite high actually (1/93.333) compared to the actual games; and with the shiny charm, it becomes even higher (1/33). Once you have an incubator too, you are able to farm a lotta eggs consistently, plus with the eggs having a shiny colour, it will be easier to differentiate as per plans one may have.
