Agate City Bee Quest E18, E19

The reward chain for Bee Quest in E18 is
Galladite
Electrium-Z

Froakie
Mawilite
TM-03 pSyshock
Groundium-Z

Khangaskhanite
While the reward chain for E19 Bee quest is 

Galladite

Froakie

Ice Beam

Scizorite

Electrium-Z

Groundium-Z

Blazikenite..
 

Now I had collected 700 pokemon and had recieved rewards for this quest up to khangaskanite (remember giving up on most fossil pokemon so didnt get poipole :( )

I got Scizorite in Victory Road...
As for Blazikenite I assumed it would be in either Mawalite or Khangaskanites place in E19 but I ended up with two of them..
So basically i would like to know if there is a way obtain Blazikenite when I have already claimed the rewards for this quest chain..
As for Psyshock and Ice beam, I had already obtained them while I realized I was missing a mega stone..

Blazikenite should be available in the Ruby room of Victory Road.

Revert to a file before you started the Pokedex Quest.

There's also the option of starting the game from a fresh file, since the early game has been drastically changed.
